Fucking god. I've been having a panic attack for like 14 hours now. It outlasted an entire xanax jfc
#haven't had one this bad in a minute#sometimes I forget what an all-consuming impact my Mental Illness™️ can have on me bc the meds work so well most of the time#but then it's like ohhhh right i wasn't a functional person until very recently lol#it's always a humbling experience#to delete.
