I appreciate seeing your posts and analysis every time I scroll through the skit tag. It's a change of the usual stuff and it's good to see different takes on the ship and everything. Unfortunately nowadays I come across people's posts/thinkpieces about OTHER ship on the tag and idk if it's them not even bothering to tag correctly or Tumblr f*cking up. Does this happen to you?
Hi anon and thank you!
I haven't scrolled the sukuita tag for a while so I don't know what's going on there but I did notice, when scrolling other tags, how their tags will include stuff which isn't inherently what the post/image is about. It is a bit annoying bc it clutters the tag with unnecessary stuff that wasn't what is being searched. Idk if it's really the site's issue or if some people think Tumblr functions like for example X or other apps but yeah, you aren't the only one seeing that, anon.
For those who don't know, Tumblr relies on the tagging system and not word search (which I adore because you can separate stuff and post memes or art or whatever under your own tag which hadn't been used and it'll stay there separately so when people want to see just that from you, they'll know what tag to search on your blog *take my #sukuitatxt tag for textpost memes of sukuita as an example, to separate that series of posts I've made from my #melposts tag where I post edits or memes*). You don't have to mute certain words nor censor them because when you search "sukuita", you'll be shown posts tagged as #sukuita, not posts containing the word "sukuita". I used to browse Tumblr and use it daily before so when I migrated over from the app here, I didn't need an introductory post.
What I dislike the most is seeing certain tags that have nothing to do with the post. I saw a couple of posts with a long tag list and it was just an art of a character, yet the tag featured both characters and ships (which just??? what). I understand some do this so their post could reach more people but it is troubling to rifle through the tag to see posts relating to the tag and not just art of a random character that has nothing to do with the tag.
