So who's hearing about Vinegar eels for the first time?
#Vinegar eels#non parasitic nematodes#aka#Turbatrix aceti#apparently harmless#but the fda doesnt like them in a vinished product#not 100% sure why#has to deal with#fda regulation#402 a#/#342#but 402 a is impossible to find#and 342 is a page long and has like a dozen different things#so if anyone does know why the fda is against them pls let me know#they can be#1/16th of an inch to 2 mm#i dont even like#kombucha#but discovered the existence of these in my lab homework#NEMATODES!#also pls feel free to make a better meme lol
