why would a cat hate someone? maybe cats are freaked out around him because marcus isnt human. he doesnt have a human pulse or the same body temperature, so cats dont enjoy cuddling with him. maybe he doesnt enjoy petting cats because he doesnt have a human brain, and doesnt get endorphins from petting animals
