#so this is a lot to unpack#but the biggest takeaway i have is that in some ways Bruce never understood Jason and what robin meant to him#he never understood that for a street kid being out there helping people /was/ therapy even if he missed his parents#i feel like Bruce and Alfred mean well but they should have talked to Jason about this shit#they should have sat him down and asked him what was going on and gone from there letting Jason explain if he wanted to#i get being worried but taking Robin away makes it a punishment to feel anything and Jason didn’t deserve that#jason todd#alfred pennyworth#bruce wayne#death in the family#Jen reads comics
