I think that having two fucked up uncles, a raging alcoholic grandma, and a weird cat is a fine enough reason to obnoxiously screech a little. She can do whatever she wants and I hope she grows up to be the best train conductor in the world. But also the minute you think too hard about her family situation you go "now hang on a minute" and its a shame we never got to poke more at that. Chimney's just here for the ride... but also can we get her some proper adult supervision? Is she alright?
