Telvan Worldbuilding #1: Anima

Hello! Here’s the first official post on Telvan worldbuilding. We’re starting with anima, the particle responsible for magic.

So what is anima exactly? 

Anima can be defined as a particle that lingers in natural objects that is used in order to create magical phenomenon. An old Thae proverb is that anima is the force that “sees what has been done, what can be done, and what will be done.”

Where can you find anima?

Anima exists in nearly everything in Telvan but it has preferences. Anima will exist in solids and gasses, but prefers liquids such as water and blood. Depending on the domain it’s based in, anima will have other tendencies, such as heat, light, and age. Anima naturally drifts here and there but will gather in areas and people of great importance, regardless of if that importance is yet to come or has already left.

Where does anima come from?

Who knows, really? Legends state that the God of Exchange, Veneficus, created anima for a way for mortals to use the boons bestowed upon them by the Gods. In all the millennia mortals have been on Telvan, no one has been able to find anima’s base state or origin. Rumors have it that anima isn’t even from Telvan or the Gods, and instead created by a third party or even existing prior to the creation of the universe.

How do you use anima?

In order to use anima, you need to filter it through a process called Actualization. By visualizing the target phenomenon and its necessary processes, you can recreate the phenomenon by sacrificing the necessary amount of anima. Depending on your intent and reasoning, the anima used will naturally convert to one of the seven domains. The domains are:

Creation

Order

Change

Motivation

Gift

Exchange

Loss

Anima naturally converts itself into one of the domains depending on where it is currently located in the world. Any caster can convert any domain of anima, thought it might prove physically taxing.

Are there any rappers in labels that feel random to you? (Besides Nafla in Groovl1n) For me it's Zene the zilla in ambition musik. I love Zene, I love ambition, but I always forget that he's signed there.

Zene feels random to me too. Goretexx seems random in just music cause he literally came out of nowhere and now only releases things once every few years lol. Chillin Homie seemed random in Groovlin but I grew into that. Not because of his looks like he thinks but because he was basically making gangster rap and Ravi was a fucking idol so it was just like ??? how are they gonna reconcile THAT difference. Woo seems random in AOMG. Justhis was looking a bit random in Indigo until Jvcki and No:el left and now I feel like its more balanced cause he fits with Young B and Milli better. BigOne is random as HELL in VMC but I guess they needed a visual. Everyone else does boom bap but BigOne does autotuned love songs and lit songs and now he does more rock influenced songs as well. Yuzion and Twlv are both kinda random in Yng & Rich but now that both are there the randomness has balanced out a bit. If Homies had been added before Yuzion (meaning only Twlv was there) or Twlv (meaning only Yuzion was there) then it’s look kinda weird. Again, Yuzion makes autotuned music something similar to Futuristic Swaver but but then everyone else in Yng &Rich makes trap. She calls herself a trapper but her music from what I’ve heard isn’t actually really that trappy. Then Twlv is an R&B singer in a company of trappers LOL. The music sound good though even though the lineup looks weird af on paper.

Swervy in hi-lite is kinda weird too but Hi-lite has always had a weird split down the middle in styles. On one side you had The Cohort who were trappy. Then on the other side you had boom bap type rappers. I’ve always thought of this company as the weird one that doesn’t really have one set look or vibe because of that. Plus, all of hi-lite is so old besides H2adin so have a young teen as a member was so odd. Luckily H2adin joined before to balance out the age weirdness hahaha.

This is all I can think of for now besides thae fact that I never really expected Futuristic Swaver to be the first signee to Daytona. I guess that’s the vibe they are gonna go for from here on it but to me it was really unexpected. I was expecting a more polished, flexer type of style more similar to Illionaire or Yng & Rich. This was a missed opportunity though because if they had signed Futuristic Swaver, then Yuzion was a shoe in next to solidify the style. The also could have gotten BigOne too, although his style is still a bit different. I think that maybe some other starex member might end up signed to Daytona as well since Futuristic Swaver is already there.

 In color psychology , color GREY is the nuetral and balance among the colors. It is a mixture of black and white. It is very unique and rare color, it gives the vibes of happiness, calmness and relaxing.

BLUE

is the coolest of the cool colours and appears restful and calm. The color blue give peace ,hope , freedom and inspiration. Ths color gives us a positive vibes and refreshing. In this picture you can the complementary color which is the color blue and orange who are opposite each other in the color wheel.

ORANGE is also a warm colors that gives enjoyment, ecitement, positivity, energy , that’s why most of the commercial used color orange. Mixing Yellow and Red it became orange. It does’nt hurt to look in the eyes, you can feel the warmth and calmness.

RED is similar with fire and bloodand according to my research it connotes heat,   heat, force, intensity and danger. Red also gives us romantic color and passion. it is really nice to have this kind of tints , though you can feel intensity but it depends to person how they feel when they see color red from their eyes.

YELLOW is part of a warm color family. This color symbolizes hope, happiness,brighter and sunshine.The color yellow is less agressive than the color red. The combination of Yellow and Brown are super cool to look at and you can feel the calmness inside the house. 

BROWN much like the earth where we lived. Brown is warm color. We all know that this color is not really popular or not really favourite color when it comes of interior design. But this color give us a comfortable feeling , very unique and very nice to the eyes, it’s like nature.

WHITE color represents the beauty of life, cleanliness,purity, calmness and restful to our eyes. It connote peace and love.

After doing this activity , my realization is that colors is not just a color but it has a meaning into our lives. Colors has a role also that we can identify.

His gaze is flat, almost judgemental as he sizes up the small creature in front of him, drinking in every detail with the intent of absorbing information and churning things to his favor. It appears to be nothing more than a lowly sprite, perhaps a brownie. Certainly nothing of interest to a leprechaun-turned-far darrig like himself. And yet, the gears turn in his head as always.
