Hey, so i had this thing in my mind for a long time and didn't quite know how to bring this up with any jikooker without offending them(cause it's generally the reaction lol). I am a jikooker but I had my doubts when the whole mijoo x jungkook scandal happened. I mean we don't know if he was dating her just because they were seen together. I know a girl and a boy hanging out doesn't mean they are dating but they seemed close...I mean its jk, from what and how much we have seen, for him to hug a girl like that...anyways. So jm wasn't there with him. If we believe jk and jm are dating since say, 2017 onwards then it's only expected that they would go to small trips together in their free time or breaks, as we know they hardly get time with eo 'alone' because of hectic schedules. So the little time they get wouldn't a couple go to like some romantic getaway or something. That's what couples do. And also during this break, jm was visiting jeju and was supposedly in busan, and we all know jk wasn't there with him....you know for certain things this whole kookmin a couple agenda doesn't align. What do you think?

I don't believe JM and JK have been dating since 2017... that would be the first thing. I liked them as a ship in 2017 but it was only in the end of 2018 - beginning of 2019 that I actually started seeing them as two people who might have actual romantic feelings for each other. Mostly, I just thought they were hooking up, not married to each other or anything.

As I do with everything, I took the official statement as the truth: Jungkook was not dating her. Of course I had my doubts anyways, and to this day there still is a part of my brain that's like "but what if he was dating her or wanted to date her..." It will remain a what if forever, but it's there. For most jikookers it was so easy to dismiss the whole thing because they're convinced JK is gay. I think JK is bisexual, I've always thought so and JK dating a girl always was, and still is a possibility. I also have no idea and no way of knowing what do Jimin and Jungkook label their relationship as, so them dating other people is always a possibility too.

We usually forget because people refuse to talk about how comfortable he was with female staff when he was little, and if you're already comfortable with the opposite sex when you're little, as you grow older you get even more comfortable. At first I also thought it him hugging her like that HAD to mean something, because I wasn't correctly remembering all the ways Jungkook had always interacted with BTS and their female staff. I could go on forever and ever about JK and women, but it feels kinda invasive and right now I'm not in the mood to dig that much, but I wanna say that everyone's opinions about it seem so wrong to me lmao.

If he doesn't interact with women like that publicly, it's because he knows what will be said. It's NOT because he's gay or he's afraid or uncomfortable with women smh. But he was in private with Mijoo, so he obviously felt free to hug her, as a friend or more.

In 2019, Jimin traveled spontaneously and with different groups of friends. Jungkook was supposed to go to LA with Hoseok and then he decided he didn't want to go. I think he just didn't want to travel with Jimin either. I wasn't shocked because in Malta 2018 they already had different ideas on how to spend the time, and most importantly, because during the 2019 break Jungkook was working on his mixtape. He never released it but he wanted to do it back then, and throughout his break he was working on it. So it made sense that he didn't want to travel for a whole month, since he was kinda busy.

Jimin and JK haven't been seen together out and about since 2019, when they were in London for the tour, actually. We know they hang otu together, tho. Getting delulu about it, I think it's understandable that they would rather stay home if they're actually a couple. So in that sense, I completely understand and agree with staying at home and ordering delivery food instead of go sit in a restaurant to eat in front of other people. I don't understand why not travel together, tho... It seems pretty harmless to travel with a friend, like they did in 2017. Or like Hoseok and Tae did in Hawaii. So maybe Jungkook doesn't want to. Maybe they both would rather spend their time with other people. Maybe they do go to like, the mountains together or something and nobody sees them or recognizes them. In 2019 Winter Package Jimin asked JK if he wanted to go to a winter resort with him. Honestly, JK is not the type to go out a lot, he's always said that; maybe that's the only explanation and there's not anything else to it.

I know a lot of couples who don't go visit their families together; they both go alone to visit them, separately. If JM and JK are together, most probably only their parents and brothers know about it. So I'm not shocked that Jimin doesn't bring Jungkook to meet his uncle's friends lmao. Jimin doesn't travel for long either, historically, he's never stayed at the same place for more than 4 or 5 days. I don't think that's changed. For me, it still makes sense for them to be a couple if they travel separately for like 5 days and then spend some days together, then travel separately again, and so on. It wouldn't make sense tho if they didn't see each other at all in two months, or if they only met like twice.
