It truly unsettles how easily I think I could develop an unhealthily parasocial relationship with the starkid people, to the extent that I'd embarrass myself a great deal if I ever ran into one of them in public

#first of all i feel lame as hell for liking them as much as i do cuz ive been into them since i was like 12 #and second of all they just all seem like such kind funny people!! dream blunt rotation the lot of them!#even more embarrassingly this extends to the crew too like clark and the costumers and corey #i see a bts video of them rehearsing and i simply go feral a little bit #also i think it doesnt help that theyre just niche enough celebs that it almost feels like an acheivable goal to become besties w them #even tho most of them live in LA #and i am but a humble philadelphian #so its easy for me to scoff at ppl with weird parasocial relationships with like. bts or taylor swift or whoever else #but starkid is my memento mori that i am nkt above parasocial relationships
