#a colleague had her bday and brought a birthday cake#which good for her! thats v sweet#but she gets weirdly offended if u dont take her offer#so i had a piece of cake even though i dont rly like sweets and dairy is a criminal offense to my stomach#so anyway guess who's continuing the rest of this shift feeling nauseous and tired 🥲#and i cant ask the nurse station for meds since she'll know its bc of the cake orz#burrito talks#not fandom related#ill just sleep it off ig
