any suggestions for cool accents? people keep thinking I'm american and it makes me want to try out homicide
#ive gotten it as a serious question from multiple people#NOT EVEN WHILE I WAS SPEAKING ENGLISH#like... while fully having a convo in swedish they'll ask if im american and i have to resist the urge to kill them and myself#apparently its bc i drop the occasional 'sorry' and 'alright' in conversation#so that ones on me.... but still#and i do have a horribly american accent when speaking english so that ones on me too#but i wanna change !!!!! i wanna be better !!!!!#australian accents are fun but hard to do. same with irish and scottish- usually i dont even attempt to do them#brittish english is easy but its hard to make a conscious desicion on WHICH english accent to stick to#i always accidentally slip into different brittish english accents#i rly love the accents they have on ofmd so maybe i should go for a new zealand accent ? it sounds kinda hard to do tho ngl#but seriously..... anything is better than sounding like a valley girl (my current hopeless state)
