My sister in our text chat: So yeah, my plan for Greece is this:...
Me: *tensing, because she's mentioned sightseeing before and I have no idea how much walking around she has planned*
My sister: ... dolmades, grilled octopus, saganaki cheese, Greek fries, Greek salad, tzatziki, a lot of frappe 💪.
Me: 😁
My sister: The plan's pretty tight, but I think we'll manage.
#about me#food#Greece#I'm very well capable of planning my own holidays#but my sister has a lot more fun with it so when I go with her and she makes plans I just go with it#especially considering that our sightseeing/vacationing styles are pretty much the same#see some places and eat local food but no rushing#I go to that frickin' Heraklion to eat Greek food and sunbathe#I might see some of the town since our hotel is right at the centre of it#but that's two days in my fav foreign country#Italy was nice don't get me wrong#but I've been to Greece three times already and I'm happy with those incoming two days at the beach#I'm actually not much of a fan of dolmades or the octopus#but saganaki cheese is a massive NE#(which means yes in Greek#no is OHI#so - kalinihta people!#need to get some sleep :) )
