I saw main tera hero once again....I'm telling the embarrassment, the cringe, THE OVERACTING 😮‍💨 ok yeah ik it is a rom-com, even if they did exaggerate, it is to emphasise the funniness idk whtv BUT GODDAMN HIS ACTING DID NOT DO IT FOR ME how did I even like it? 😭😭 YK it is a remake from a South Indian movie, which was waaaayyyyy better thn this. There was no cringey acting like his. And since his father is like a pretty big director and has always worked with Govinda, for the most of his career I think when it comes to Varun he tries to incl. Tht little aspect of Govinda in him. Like I've seen it so many times AND even with the coolie no 1 remake 😭 boi i did not even bother to watch it further thn the train scene.

BUUTTT guess what I'm excited about?? Satyaprem ki katha!!!! Karthik on fire again. I watched the trailer, it looked pretty decent and ig it will slightly touch in a topic. I'm up for it. It's Karthik and Kiara. Also there's another movie tht just released called....what's it called? Wait- oh yes Zara hatke Zara bachke. I'm not sure abt tht one but the song....has me in a deadlock. With this group I'm feeling like what made you different to this person was that you had it going on. you had a lot going for yourself. and you didn't share that with just anyone. your riches. your glory. whether it was your body, money, time, energy. whatever the case was...you were selective in who you gave to. you are an attractive energy and human pile 1. and you know it too. 😜 confident. I'm getting the energy of I have a lot going for me, and I'm not going to just be out in these streets. my money is good, I look good, I feel good. Hey, Yuuki here! 

I’m so excited to share what life was like for me before, during and after U.A!!! Pardon my shouts but I just can’t help it! It’s so awesome to finally share with everyone all of the things that make me, you know...ME! Alrighty, where do I begin? I’m sure you all are wondering what’s my quirk, right? Are you ready!? My quirk: Aura Manipulation 

My quirk allows me to utilize my aura in 7 different ways which corresponds to the 7 chakras within my body. However, I can only use 2 - 3 chakra at a time. Using all 7 at once takes too much of a toll on my body and spirit. I can’t worry my mom now 😅😅😅

What are they you ask!? I’ll give you the name of my chakras but I do shorten them when I’m in battle (my dad nags me about keeping the tradition but meh)

A smile made its way to the miko’s lips as she saw all of the basketball teams that participated in the Winter Cup gathering for a special interview. Despite the Generation of Miracles being present, the champions: Seirin, and other strong players, it amazed her how easily they could become flustered when they had to greet Kouga.

After all, he and Sesshomaru had been the ones to make the interview happen.

Taking notes on Seirin’s interview from the sidelines, Kagome blinked the moment she sensed Shippo’s aura right beside her. “What is it, Shippo?” She whispered upon noticing his scowl.

“I don’t like it.” He replied, placing his hands inside his pockets.

“Don’t like what?” Kagome repeated.

“Him. Him. Him. Him. Him. Him. Him.”

The miko blinked again as she followed his finger pointing at certain rainbow colored males. She raised a brow, confused further at his pointing.

“I agree.”

Kagome’s head turned to the other side to see the wolf youkai nodding. “Agreeing with what exactly?”

Kouga’s eyes landed on the miko from the corner, “seriously? You don’t see it?”

“I am being confused further.“ She huffed.

“The miko has and always will be oblivious.”

“Excuse me?!” Kagome exclaimed, turning to see Sesshomaru coming from talking to his managers. Talk about eavesdropping. Her? Oblivious? Since when?!

Shippo nodded back, hating to agree with the inu. “For once…I agree.”

“Wait-!”

“Yeah,” Kouga shrugged, “same, but it really bothers me how boys these days can’t even be forward.”

“Mhmm.” Shippo nodded again. “Didn’t think it would get this bad.”

Eyebrow twitched as she saw both Shippo and Kouga continue to send nodding messages to each other. She was not oblivious! She was confused! And even if she was oblivious, to what? There was nothing to be oblivious about.

Or…was there? Now she was getting paranoid.

She shook her head, deciding it was best to ignore the youkai language and concentrate on her team. It was bad enough she came to be a babysitter for a certain bunch.

“Higurashi-san?”

Her eyes - along with Kouga’s and Shippo’s - blinked as they rose to meet the red hues of an emperor. “Akashi-kun. What is it?”

“I do not know if this is a wrong time, but I was wondering if you were free this weekend.” A genuine smile came onto his lips, only for it to be caught by Kouga, Shippo, and surprisingly all the present basketball players having heard Akashi’s innocent question.

“This weekend?” Kagome repeated. “Hmm, I don’t think I have anything planned.”

“Wait a minute…” Aomine whispered as he stood with his team. “Is he seriously…”

“Wait!!” Kise abruptly stood from his seat. “A-Akashicchi can’t do this first!”

Akashi’s smile continued, “would it be too much trouble if I took you out for dinner?”

Aomine, Kagami, and Kise were the first to let their vein pop from their foreheads. Murasakibara, Midorima, and Kuroko remained silent, but observant at Akashi’s movements and body language.

Meanwhile, Kouga’s right eye twitched; Akashi was not even hesitant considering they were standing with Kagome! The nerve!

Whistling, Shippo’s shoulder shook with his laughter. “Cannot believe we spoke too soon about this.”

“Um,” Kagome smiled back, “it’s no trouble at all, Akashi-kun, but…is there a special occasion?”

All within a second, the Generation of Miracles, Kagami, Kuroko, and Kouga relaxed. For that split second in Akashi’s request they had forgotten a small detail.

“This Sesshomaru is never wrong.”

Even more AAAAWWWWW!!!!!!! What a good uncle! <3 Hye-Rim is surrounded by love! :) Interesting that Young-Do’s aura calms down around the baby. hmm… wasn’t there something about how death dealer mothers typically abandon their babies because their life is too tempting? Also, there are no perfect mothers, and this version of Esther seems to be doing the best she can, even though some of her decisions seem short-sighted.

Everything about Young-Do is atypical for a death dealer, but also, Hye-Rim is not his child, she’s his niece, so he can tell his aura to fuck off and not want to eat her.

Motherhood for a death dealer is very complicated. Some do get over that feeling, and some don’t. The ones that do, end up mentoring their children, the ones that don’t...the children don’t often live to be adults. The aura eats them and makes their bodies appear as if they were victims of a death deal. (This is a crappy thing I made up, yes? ^^;)

Young-Do still had a family. His father was beyond crappy but Esther did do the best she could to raise him and Rachel to be good people. She just had a little flip out moment with Young-Do.

My reaction is ‘groan! not more things for me to spend way to much time thinking about!!!’ ;D Since you had pointed it out, I do see how most of the drabbles are not from Rachel’s pov, so it will be fascinating to get her take on all these scenes once we get there! :)

The POV is on purpose! TTAF is Rachel’s story and I like teasing using the other POV, mostly to give you one expectation before revealing something completely different. Also, I want to keep interest once Young-Do leaves on his enlistment. I know why most people are reading this story so I don’t want to forget it, even if my plans are to cause monumental pain. (It is Twisted to a Fault, after all).

Ok, I’ll bite! :) So linked to False Start? hmm… my biggest thought is which drabble came first? because would direct where speculations would go! Rachel seemed to feel guilty? does that have anything to do with her reaction when Young-Do comes back for leave? or her reaction when Tan was mentioned? hmmm… (more thinky thoughts) :)

Those are great thinky thoughts to have! False Start is the culmination of three events--Rachel and Hyo-Shin, Rachel and her mother, and Rachel and Tan. Hopefully when I write it in the proper order in the story, it will be an “Ouuuu” moment for the readers ^^;;
