Tbh that Pablo Hidalgo post is stressing me out haha because my personal philosophy is to minimize both invented terms and too-specific real world cultural phrases but I’ve always been secretly afraid that everyone actually hates that and secretly cringe every time I use…idk ‘glass’ versus whatever fake word some EU writer invented 😆

Like that’s where he lands by the end of the thread too but I’m totally going to have to block that post because every time I see it it starts the screaming in my brain

#like I watch for swaps for stuff like ‘champagne’#like I’ll just use sparkling wine instead #but other than a few notables (caf/fresher) I almost always ignore it #but I’m secretly afraid everyone hates it and is talking behind my back about how terrible I am #that’s true about everything tho tbh #anyway happy new year lol I’m waiting for my laundry to be done #and scrolling tumblr and seeing that reblogged occasionally and just going ‘aaaahhhhhh ok anyway…’#I’m only a little insecure about this one haha it’s not one of my bigger complexes but I’m still gonna block that post when I get xkit back #writing problems
