#kakuzu#332#i love his eyes tbh. underrated character design trope#i know that he probably just took the opportunity to take a jab at hidan here#but i like to think that he was also standing up for deidara a little#they’re friends source: trust me bro#but on a more serious note i do think kakuzu has a small soft spot for him#their backstories are similar with them both stealing a kinjutsu and fleeing their village#and also i’m just a sucker for soft kakuzu what can i say. if you look closely you can see that he’s not as uncaring as he acts like he is#i should write some character analysis about that sometime. especially since i’ll have collected all the proof on this blog lol
