Help a Black Disabled Lesbian Stay Afloat!!!

Hey ive had to rely on my CC for emergencies, meds, and groceries, when my partner and I had covid and no work income, thus were are still playing financial catch up in a lot of ways. Long story short I have been falling behind on my CC payments and a few months have snowballed to the point that it is getting near impossible to cover alone. My payment of $651 is due before my partner gets paid and even then the bill would be my girlfriends ENTIRE CHECK! I need help covering as much of this as possible. I already tried lowering the monthly payments but I dont qualify because Discover hates poor people. Please help me get my head above water!
