well , going back to pokemon shield with knowledge of gen 9..

y'know , since Rose is penny's (estranged) uncle, i also got hit with a idea that he'd do something so astronomically stupid that ogerpon & pecharunt would put aside their differences & team up to beat his ass.

and then a certain OP baby turtle crossed my mind.

ogerpon & pecharunt mount a rescue mission to break their little sibling Terapagos out of a macro cosmos building, and run the bastard who ordered Terapagos' kidnapping out of the region by any means necessary.

'cause rose was gonna try & use the baby roomba turtle for the same shit he tried to do to eternatus.

now to the plan ; pecharunt's part is to use their mochi to control as many macro cosmos grunts as possible - the more numbers to storm the building the better- and since the grunts all wear sunglasses constantly , it'll be super easy to hide the fact that they're under pecharunt's thrall.

ogerpon's in charge of 'recruiting' help for the mission ; she's got the loyal 3's pokeballs and part of her task is to find 3 potential thralls with dynamax bands just in case the quintet have to fight their way out.
