okay so we all think someone’s gonna die in btsv, right? well, I had a theory.

we all know about miles’ canon event. a police captain close to spider-man dies — aka his dad, jeff.

in earth-42, jeff’s already dead.

just like many others, I think that miles g. is gonna team up with the spider-gang. I think the spot’s gonna head to earth-42 (after a long chase through different dimensions) but not before stopping at earth-1610 to grab jeff to then, eventually, kill him.

miles tries to stop the spot from killing him, but then it cuts to someone. rio 42.

she’s lived with jeff’s death before. she can’t let it happen again.

so, despite being a normal woman, she goes to save him.

and she does it successfully... but not without causing her own death.

miles g. is obviously super upset and devastated — both of his parents are now dead. this is the first time we see emotion from him — sadness.

remember how miguel said an earth collapses when someone stops a canon event? earth-42 is the earth that collapses. not earth-1610, but earth-42.

someone (haven’t really thought of who yet, maybe peter b.?) had already taken jeff back to earth-1610, making sure jeff doesn’t actually die from being in the wrong dimension, while a portal opens to take everyone else (miles, miles g., gwen, hobie, pavitr, margo and so on) to the spider society, leaving everyone to deal with what just happened and keeping them all safe and alive.

miles is also upset as everything that happened sinks in, but he remembers it’s not his mom. then he has an idea.

he randomly mentions aaron 42 and miles g. going over to earth-1610.

so, miles g. and aaron go with miles (and gwen, cause he’s “still getting used to this whole interdimensional travel thing and needs guidance from a ‘professional’”) and miles takes them to his apartment. there, they find jeff (who’s, understandably, slightly confused and traumatized) & rio. miles g. immediately hugs jeff and then rio and they’re both incredibly confused, but miles knows exactly why that’s happening.

you remember how aaron 42 walked into the apartment in atsv? well, miles gets a lot of déjà vu cause it happens again. jeff is the most emotional we’ve seen him as is aaron, as anyone would be seeing their dead family member (albeit from another dimension) suddenly alive again. rio’s just confused out of her mind, still focused on the fact that there’s two miles’

to cut it short: miles ends up with a new twin brother and an uncle again. miles g. has a mom and a dad and a new twin brother and lives in a whole new universe — literally. he also ends up hanging out with gwen, hobie, pavitr, margo (and any others I forgot) and becomes great friends with them cause miles ALWAYS has them over from their own universes, whether miles g. likes it or not.
