I just had the most disappointing dinner

1st bc i had dnd i started cooking at like 10 so the start wasnt good

I tried to make rostis but it took WAY LONGER than on the recipe (and i still have more to cook i was just hungry it was 23:45 and angry at the recipe)(even if it's not in an oven recipes should put the cook time !! Not "let it get golden then flip" my dude it was golden and it didnt flip)

And w that i improvised a spinach/garlic sauce but i have put too much garlic in it so now im just. garlic.

#now i gotta go cook the rest of the rosti paste stuff to eat tomorrow at lunch #and find a way to use that spinach sauce #ill just put it over some pasta or rice #it'sfucking midnight and im going to cook some rostis.#that's on me for trying to actually cook and not order or just eat instant noodles #tho rosties are my cooking nemesis i tried a few different recipes and it's just. never great.#i'll give up and just buy freezed ones #i just want to go take a shower then be in my plaid and watch make some noise with my cookie dough #but noooo i have to cook these fucking rostis #and it's already almost half past midnight i should be in my BED ready to sleep bc i have WORK
