got reminded tlou2 exists, watched that scene with Joel and Ellie where she says she's not sure if she'll be ever to forgive Joel for not letting her die in that hospital, but that she'd like to try to forgive him.

joel deserved fucking BETTER & it still feels as if Neil just wanted to shock the audience and fuck with the gamers. it wasn't in the game's best interest, but in his own ego. it's so unnecessary brutal & i never ever want to see anything other than the museum chapter again. tlou2 is not really canon for me. first game? yeah. second one? screw that shit.
