maybe it's just bc I grew up in a house of milk lovers but it's very obvious to me when someone is drinking from the teat of the "got milk?" campaign (pun intended) because I say that I don't like the taste of milk n they lose their mind

#rambles #cursing #personal #not ml #this was all just a ruse to post that pun im gonna be honest #but also i grew up believing that Everyone drinks milk and i was the odd one out #like okay fam yall literally all drink so much milk which isn't even BAD but wtf #also can we discuss how lactose intolerance is like. not like ''you have it or you don't''#and is more of a ''everyone has a threshold of lactose they can digest naturally and it's important to be aware of when you surpass that''#bc like i stg my sister didn't realize that she's lactose intolerant for *years* and if the public actually understood lactose intolerance #then it would probably be a lot more normal to go ''oh i've had a dairy heavy day let me take a lactaid''#like me and my sister? probably the same level of lactose intolerant #but i don't run into this problem bc i don't consume dairy as much as her #and this wouldn't even BE a problem if people just fucking understood lactose intolerance #jesus christ on a goddamn bicycle #that really came outta nowhere i'm sorry #i can explain how lactose intolerance works when i'm more coherent #i just have Thougths on this topic apparently #i have thoughts on everything but i would not have been table to tell you how strongly i feel about this before this rant
