not to be that person but ever since masking was declared voluntary in the philippines most of the people i’ve seen who do go out and about without masks have been white tourists 💀

#i mean i'm not surprised since it was the department of tourism that first announced that masking indoors was now voluntary #and it's *not only* white tourists but it's MOSTLY white tourists #to be fair i know at like events especially influencer events locals have gotten lax on masking #and at nightclubs omg 💀#but most locals still wear masks indoors and out except to like eat ofc #personal #not blog related
