I guess that’s one of the reason translated songs just sound absolutely horrible in malayalam, like translated songs in hindi or telugu or tamil doesn’t sound half bad, odd at worst and banger at best, but mallu just gotta have a thousand alliterations and rhymes to sound good, and no one has time to do that to a translated song they don’t even make original songs like that anymore
#chuttamalle biggest culprit of it as of late#I’m listening to peelings mallu ver. and everything’s downhill after the intro#surprisingly I heard that this time Tamil is the worst translated version for this song that’s pretty surprising cuz Tamil is#usually the best#but maybe the og lyrics are that bad to begin with 🤷 I can’t understand telugu
