#ik prev rb isn't really about people like me which is why i'm not putting this in the tags directly#but man I get so self concious when I tic really badly in public :[#also still feel self concious even acknowledging that I have tics!#what if they're not reaaallly tiiics. even after my fckn therapist directly told me “yeah those look really involuntary mate. they're tics”#it's not tourettes it's fucking something idk I just have tics#don't come for me plz I'm not trying to step on any territory
