I have two questions for you, really. Just as proof of the point. But first:
#as an ill person who uses all my time off on medical care#my last vacation was a long weekend in 2018. it is now 2024.#growing up my fam went on 1-2 vacations total in the course of our lives - once to the beach for two days and once to the mountains - 1week#literally the way ppl talk about vacation frequency at my workplace completely baffles me#but literally my default is almost WHAT IS VACATION EVEN I WOULDN'T REALLY KNOW#i didn't get on a plane for the first time till i was 31#hardly anyone in my community now has been on a plane#80% of the world's population has never flown#90% don't fly each year - come on coworkers it's not that weird
