UHM what are some popular tf ships you're indifferent to and/or dislike? any rare/overhated ships you like instead? :0

personally im really not fond of sky.star like. idk its fine i just dont really. get it? a lot of g1 ships like that just dont do it for me. i think skyfire is kinda boring and i dont get the appeal of him in general like. what about him is so intruiging to people? to me hes just a guy. ive talked about jazzprowl, uhhh, i also dont like drift/rod in a specifically romantic sense, i just dont think they have that kind of chemistry. also i dont rlly give a toot abt simpatico tbqh. theres nothing wrong with it its just that i have a negative level of investment in these two dudes and their relationship and could not give a shit that they got together in the end. i think its just stormy for me. hes cool or whatever as a plot device but as like. a guy? he bores me. and perceptor is in mtmte for like six seconds so really. who cares? not me. OH ALSO. megop. i just do not care abt them enough. really most optimus ships... kinda bore me. im so sorry starop nation. im only allowed to have one generic/boring autobot fav tbqh

as for rare or hated on... uh... actually im gonna take back what i said abt op, i think g1 optimus/elita was honestly cute and i wish there'd been some more room for that to be played with, i dont really get calling them basic. i liked their vibes in tfa too, its kinda interesting to add the heartbreak aspect to the op/ba dynamic, not that ba really needs it. while we're on the tfa train i think arcee/ratchet has a lot of potential were she not so. fridged. also i wouldnt call this a ship persay but i think memo and charlie made suuuuch a cute couple and i really liked memo as the love interest in bb18. it was nice. OH ALSO i guess continuing talking abt bumblebee. do yall remember my favourite g1 episode? the one with the mermaids? idrk what its called but seaspray fucks a mermaid in it anyways someone made a joke once about the opening scene being bee and seaspray on a date and thats the only way i can ever see it now so. them. also the luna1 polycule because im a prowl polycule truther 🥰 AND AND AND. MOST IMPORTANTLY im championing the shadow striker/strongarm butch4butch noir cat-and-mouse romance slowburn of the century. make it happen ruckley. do it for me 🔪🔪
