Ace Attorney 1: Ep 2 talk

I can tell I’m going to be a big fan of this series if they keep this up. The length of an real episode/chapter is satisfying, and i like how the trail segments were broken up by investigation segments. IT IS SO GOOD because that was always a pet peeve for me when it came to the dangan ronpa series, the really long trials made it hard to have a good “break” and the pacing could be like....painful for me.

Mia

Why must the good die young. I admit I recalled her not being in the picture later in the game, but i’m still sad she’s down for the couNT EXPECT SHE’S A GHOST. So she’s still around!! Yay!! I wish her... possession? form?? didn’t place so much focus on titty...

Maya

My new fucking daughter, I love her so. She’s funny, i love her puns, and how her humour plays off of Phoenix’s dry humour. The fact she found her sister’s body and was blamed for it is UuuuUuuUuuuuh traumatizing. When I gave her that audio clip and she listened to it and cried.... i cried too... bruh. She’s like our main companion now right? good I will protect her and her smile. she is Baby and she needs BURGERS to power her ghost hotline powers. She’s the mvp for not only encouraging Phoenix while she was grieving, but also using her barely developed powers to contact Mia to crack down this case.

tldr: I had maya for a day and half, and if anything were to happen to her i’d kill everyone in this room and then myself.

Gumshoe 

Move over Larry, fuck you, there’s a better himbo in town AND HE’S TRYING HIS BEST STOP BULLYING HIM IN THE COURT ROOM. At first when he arrested Maya so fast, i was like HEY BUD, but he was just doing his job, and he’s got no brain cells. He just trying to do the right thing and sometimes not doing so great. I really wish he would remember that Larry is innocent, but he’s clearly intimidated by Edgyworths so he’s probably to busy being his personal lap dog to remember that stuff. I like him, i think i’ll like him more as i get to know him.

Edgeworth 

No cap i thirst for this man. But listen. I’m just in character. Look at him, he’s so handsome. Put him in some normal clothes (yeah i’m dissing that fruity tie thing) and anyone would thirst. He can update my autopsy report when i die free of charge. During the trial he very much dances the line of “edgeworth i love you please keep talking” and “EDGEWORTH PLEASE STOP TALKING” the man has range. Also he contributes to some really funny trial moments. He’s a really fun opponent and I hope nearly every trial is against him. ALSO HE AND PHOENIX KNOW EACH OTHER??? OH???????? WORM????????????? i smell a ship. I sense, friends, to enemies, to friends? (with homosexual tension), to lovers.

i would make a kpop edgeworth edit. i would.

Serious tho, i like her telling Phoenix to fuck off, it was real funny and fun. I’m not sure if her fear of White was genuine, but if it was, aye, dudes in jail now but so are you.

Mr. White

I hate this fucker, this is what straight people think gay people look like. His design makes me wanna puke and his hair is stupid. This is a cis het trying to pretend to be gay for clout. I hate this rich bastard, eat me jorts. I hated every time Miles tried to save this fucking fool. King, ur better than that. Maybe Edgeworth just has a broken gaydar. I mean also it was his job but like still. Glad this pig’s in jail.

Trial

So this was so fun, i struggled more at certain points, but overall i really enjoyed it. There were some really fucking funny moments, especially with the “Did i say that?” “you said it”x3. AND:

LOVING SASSY PHOENIX. LOVE ALL THE COMEDY UP IN THIS TRIAL. Mile’s constant assault made it so fun, it felt like facing a real equal who has more experience. One step ahead but just barely. A lot nicer then just steam rolling over the tutorial prosecutor.  

Overall having a LOT of fun!
