#just ffxiv things#elezen#gposing#gpose shenanigans#I literally had to Google “personal psychotherapy”#the self care assessment went badly by the way lol#not like a total disaster#because ironically gposing ocs#and otherwise creatively engaging with ocs#are legit forms of self-care#but like “eat regularly” and “meditate” pfffft#listen when I close my eyes it's just my OCs rattling around in my brain
