Endlessly gutted by the fact that in a world only *slightly* different than the one he got, Meng Yao could have been one of the most righteous and good characters in all of MDZS instead of one of it's worst villains.
If *one* person had helped his mother, if *one* person had been more vocal about his inherent worth as a person instead of what he can do, if *one person* actually articulated and expressed their trust and love.
And it's *torture*, especially in a reread, to see how close he was to getting that and the consequences when he didn't.

History:
The Hagen name never had any nobel power attached to it until Eivor’s eighteenth winter. Before that, they were simple people. His great grandparents were wildlings that had been escorted across through the Wall by Jon Snow. They settled on the southside of the wall and began to work the land. In the short time between settling the land and the war of three kings starting, his grandparents had a few children. They then left to fight in the war . His grandfather ended up dying but Eivor’s grandmother returned once all had settled and moved the family to the Ice Coast. There, with a few other Wildling families, Eivor’s parents grew up on a cattle farm and began to set up House Crow. They became integrated into Westeros. His parents remained on that Cattle farm all their lives and until Eivor was about fifteen he grew up on the farm as well.
The younger years of his life were simple but hard work nonetheless. A sense of hard work and responsibility was instilled in Eivor from a young age. He spent most of his days working the land with his father and most of his nights training with a sword and shield. However, unlike his parents, Eivor was not content to stay on the family farm. He longed for so much more. The stories of how Arya Stark sailed off to the edge of the world integrated him. They sent his mind spinning around what she may have found out there beyond the edge of the map. He longed to sail to such places. At fifteen, he convinced a small crew of young men to accompany him to sail out from the Ice Coast and go North West to see what might be out there. They were gone for close to ten years. Sailing from island to island. Plundering claimed lands that had no relation to Westros and pillaging whatever resources they could from any other unclaimed lands. In that time, Eivor met and married his wife. Kiiara had three children for him while they ventured from one place to another. Constantly moving. The only home they had being the boat that Eivor and his kin stole. They did make their way back to the Ice Coast when Eivor was about twenty-four.
Upon returning, he found out that the North was about to go to war. The Ruling Lord, at the time of Eivor’s return, was not happy with his actions but delayed his judgement of Eivor and his crew after the war.  Without much time to settle at all, he enlisted in the Northern army. Battle after battle on the open sea had trained Eivor well for what was about to come about across the land of Westros. He rose through the ranks as a proficient warrior and man skilled in both battle and war strategy. To this day, Eivor prides himself on the ability to use the land, the weather, and the strengths of his warriors as well as the weaknesses of the enimay to his advantage. When the war finally settled, Eivor returned to the Ice Coast and found that while away a pledge had swept across his home town and killed a great number of people. His daughter and wife had fallen to its hold. Thankfully both his sons had survived and his sister had taken care of Eivor’s boys while he was away. The trouble, however, did not end there. He still had to answer for his crime of stealing a boat and abandoning his people for years. Though many of the Ice Coast’s men and women called for him to be pardoned due to his acts in the north war, the Ruling Lord would not allow it. Before he could pass a judgment however, Eivor called for a trial by combat. The Ruling Lord against himself.
In a rather intense one-on-one battle, Eivor came out victorious. He earned his freedom and called for a voting for a new Ruling Lord. Yes, by all accounts it should have been him. He killed the last man to rule, so by right the title was his. He wanted the people to choose however. Two other men ran against him but in the end Eivor was voted ruler of the Ice Coast. Taking House Crow as his own, Eivor has been Ruling Lord ever since.
Under his rule, Eivor has managed to expand their reach of trade goods. He has made sure to send Raiding parties to those islands he had discovered in his youth. Their rare treasures have and continue to bring boats to the shores of the Ice Coast to this day. He is known for being very proud of both his sons. His greatest joy in life is being a father to those boys. Though, it does haunt him that he was gone when both his wife and daughter passed away. He has not remarried since. Although he does have a reputation for bedding many and flirting with even more. He is rather shameless with his affections. Eivor is, generally, happy but that itch to see more of the world has begun to once again tingle his skin. The raids to the west are no long easing that itch either. He longs for new lands, new people, and new battle but is held in place by loyalty and family.

Wanted Connections:
Children: Eivor has two children, both sons. One of them is 20-21 and the other is 22-23. They are the best thing thats ever happened to him, so bring that man his boys. Ex-Lovers/Current Lovers: What is the proper word for it? Man-whore? Shameless man-whore? I think we will go with that. Eivor is a flirt. He will sleep with men and woman. As long as you wanna sleep with him and he wants to sleep with you, its gonna happen.
Friends/Allies: Bring me friendships that are pure and perfect. Bring me hate/love friendships. Bring me allies that trust each other. Bring me allies that don’t. I want them all. I am a plot whore, come to me everyone.
Sister: Eivor has one younger sister. She is about 33-35. Please contact me before taking her.
Enemies: THe way that Eivor conducts himself may not rub everyone right away. I would love for him to have people that do not like to be around him and find him generally unpleasant because he really, really can be.    Someone Special: For those of you who have watched vikings, I would just die if someone could bring me an Athelstan-esk character for Eivor. For those who did not watch Vikings, I am looking for a character that Eivor would have found on his travels. Someone who believes in a different set of gods than himself and challenges Eivor to think about different beliefs and costumes. I would prefer this character to be male and possible have a romantic interest in Eivor that we could build up to.

MARCUS OLLIVANDER is TWENTY-FOUR YEARS OLD and an ASSISTANT WANDMAKER for OLLIVANDERS in DIAGON ALLEY. He looks remarkably like ISRAEL BROUSSARD and considers himself aligned with THE ORDER OF THE PHOENIX. He is currently OPEN.
→ OVERVIEW:
Born nine years after his sister ROSE it was safe to say that Marcus was not planned, despite this fact however his parents BEATRICE and GARRICK OLLIVANDER took the surprise in their strides and loved him whole-heartedly. Since he could remember Rose was always away at school and so he got the attention of both of his parents completely, except for the holidays which were always too filled with joy and happiness to ever notice he had to share them. Because of the age difference Marcus and his sister lived separate lives, she would spend time with her school friends whenever she was home and her lack of interest never really bothered him, he knew she loved him and would be there if he needed it and that was enough for him. The Ollivanders lived in a flat above their shop in Diagon Alley that had been undetectably extended more times than Marcus could count. Although Marcus was a social boy he also loved time alone, and his favourite place to go when he needed his own space was in his fathers workshop, he was enamored by the raw magic that was down there, half-made wands on every surface and jars filling every wall with their magical cores within. When his father wasn't looking he would pick up the wands and feel the life within them, testing every single one that was made to figure out which type he would get by the time his letter arrived and he could get his own.
It was pretty obvious that Rose was interested in another path in life, and so on his seventh birthday his father took him down to the workshop and told him he was going to be his assistant. After that Marcus never needed to sneak downstairs, for he was always welcomed by his father with another lesson to be taught, he learnt all about wand lore and how exactly the wands go about choosing the wizard, and the day he made his very first wand, under the watchful eyes of Garrick of course, he was taken to Florean Fortescue's where he was told to order whatever he liked. Whilst his father was talking to the ice-cream parlor’s owner Marcus noticed a table in the window that was full of children his age, plucking up all his available courage he asked if he could sit, a girl slightly younger than himself looked up with a beaming smile and invited him to. That day he met PANDORA and PHAEDRA FORTESCUE and CELESTE, ELINOR and PARKER POTAGE and was tied to each of their hips from that day on. The group spent their days in the alleys, splitting their time evenly between the ice cream parlor, sitting by the fountain in Carkitt Market and looking at everything they would buy and take with them to Hogwarts in Gambol and Japes joke shop. As the years went on their group slowly dwindled, each getting their letter they would leave the alleys and head to school, when it was Marcus’ turn he was nervous but excited, the excitement only heightening when his father handed him a wand box with the most beautifully engraved wand he had ever seen, he plucked it out of its box and the world around him felt right, it would seem that his father had been watching each time Marcus had picked a wand up in the past and had created the perfect one for him to go off to school with.
Setting off for Hogwarts was the first time Marcus had felt truly alone, his parents weren't there to ease his fears nor were his friends there to pry a laugh out of him. Adamant to make friends and make them quickly he looked through the carriages until he came across one with a singular girl that had worry etched across her face. Glad to see his inner turmoil so easily expressed upon this girl's features he marched into the compartment with the intention of making them both feel better. ROWENA ROWLE was a lovely girl and the pair spent the entire journey discussing Hogwarts. Being sorted into Hufflepuff with Rowena was the perfect place for him, he soon fit in with a group of his own, keeping his friendship with Rowena just between the two of them. RUFUS BELBY, SAMARA CLEARWATER and TIMOTHY VANE made excellent friends and studying companions, the four Hufflepuffs could often be found hold up in their corner of the library with piles of books surrounding them. Samara and Marcus especially would go well into the evening sitting with each other reading, Marcus wanted to read everything Hogwarts had to offer on wand lore to impress his father when he went home and Samara, a Muggle-Born witch wanted to know everything about the magical world, often spouting the most random and obscure questions at Marcus for him to answer.
Throughout his years in Hogwarts Marcus took an increasingly large interest in Quidditch, and in his fourth year he applied for the position of chaser which he got. Through Quidditch he met EDGAR BONES a fellow teammate who then introduced him to his own misfit group SAOIRSE MACMILLIAN, AUGUSTUS ABBOTT, TILDEN TOOTS, EVE DIGGORY and SYBIL TRELAWNEY. Marcus had never felt more at home than he had in the Hufflepuff common room surrounded by his closest friends, and when the position of Head boy came into question he was told by all of them that he was a shoe in. When not with his new teammates and their friends you could still find him with Samara in the Library, their friendship never wavering they slowly but surely fell in to a relationship, hugs turned in to hand holding, hand holding turned in to stolen kisses and soon they had asked themselves why it had taken them this long to be together. His final years at Hogwarts he spent studying for exams, fulfilling his prefect duties and trying to juggle his down time between his two favourite girls, the only problem he seemed to have was that they didn't see eye to eye, Samara prone to jealousy whenever he spent time with Rowena.
Leaving school with exceptional grades and a head boy's badge to boot there was no question about his future plans, working in his fathers shop as an assistant his life fell into place. Wanting to move out of the family home but not yet ready to move in with Samara he rented a flat above a shop in Carkitt Market with Rowena and Celeste after he introduced the pair and they hit it off. Sadly the move did not sit well with everyone, Samara having fits of jealousy whenever Marcus mentioned Rowena, and now that he lived with Celeste she also became untrusting of her too. The move meant the end of their relationship, sad as Marcus was about it he couldn't be with someone who didn't trust him. To distract from the pain of the break-up Marcus spent most of his weekends with his old Hufflepuff Quidditch team, playing friendly matches and then hitting the pub. Although Marcus would like to blame it on the adrenaline from the game or the three too many butterbeers he drinks afterwards he has started to develop a crush on Edgar, finding him a lot more dashing in his Quidditch uniform than he ever had at school. Spending more and more time with Edgar has led the boy to open up about other areas of his life, and once realising he could trust Marcus completely he introduced him to ALASTOR MOODY who spoke about the Order of the Phoenix. Until then Marcus had it would seem to have been living under a rock, he had seen no signs of a war brewing but after being told about it he couldn't stand by and allow this injustice to continue.
Joining the Order meant having his eyes open to all the horrible things going on in the world, it also meant that he was gaining a better idea of what sort of people were joining the forces of the dark-side. After realising that Rowena was spending a considerable amount of time with her cousin and his friends, who were suspected members Marcus and Celeste, another member of the Order, spent many evenings worried and waiting up for the girl. Vowing to do all that they could for their mis-lead friend they spoke in length about their predicament and decided to slowly bring her over to the light, the pair taking on their own mission of slowly persuading her to join the Order. At present the Order had given him their own task to complete, he was to work with an older member PATRICIA RAKEPICK to pool together a list of known Death Eaters, she had asked him to spend his spare time listening in to conversations and also making a list of all known wands that were owned by suspected members to allow for the Order to put illegal tracking upon the wands in question, making it much easier to solve certain crimes and cases that are currently left open.

Natasha Romanoff Aprreciation Post
Be warned, this post contains HUGE endgame spoilers
So I’ve noticed on my tumblr scrollings that Natasha isn’t getting quite the love she deserves/people are mad about her death and I’m here to give her all the love she deserves and bring peace for her death.
Natasha is BY FAR the character that grew the most throughout all the movies--some of it because of old standards of portraying women that can be seen in the earlier ones. Every movie she opened up just a little bit more and a little bit more--until in Endgame she accepts the Avengers as her FAMILY. Having a group to call family is something Natasha is completely new to, something that was taken away from her when she was stolen from her own and raised to be an assassin.
Iron Man 2:
Tumblr media
Iron Man 2 is the first movie that we ever see Natasha in--and while I love the fact that we got to see a woman kicking butt like this, I feel like she was mostly there to be sexy for the men in the audience. Even if there were women (like me!!) who were excited to finally see a woman fighting like this, I still think the movie was representative of the old values in portraying women.
Avengers:
Tumblr media
I think the Avengers is really the first time we start to get more of a sense for who Natasha really is. This is the first time we hear about her past and the red in her ledger, which Loki tells us about, and how Clint recruited her to SHIELD on a mission where he was sent to kill her. Then Loki asks if she loves him and her response is, “Of course not, love is for children, I owe him a debt.”
While I was super excited to see a boss woman like this, I had just accepted the fact that any movie with a strong woman would make her feel close to no emotions and just be a rock--which couldn’t be more untrue. But in the context of her whole time in the MCU, I know that at this time she was scared. She doesn’t know what it’s like to love anyone and she’s scared that if she does or if she starts to trust anyone, they’ll just betray her. Natasha is powerful and strong and she is scared. Scared to love, scared to trust, and scared to feel.
Captain America: The Winter Soldier:
Tumblr media
The Winter Soldier was SUPER exciting for me! We got to see BA Natasha beating up bad-guys, but we also got to see Natasha joking around and teasing Steve. In this movie we start to see her open up just a little bit. She’s still untrusting and she’s still scared, but we get to see her personality opening a little more.
But at the end, she does something SO COOL. When she hacks into SHIELD’s database to expose them as hydra, she will also be exposing herself--to the people who call her a hero! As Pierce had been working for SHIELD for a long time, he knew Natasha. He knew what she had to hide and he knew she was terrified, so he used that against her, telling her that everyone would know. How does she respond? She looks him dead in the eyes and releases that information onto the internet. She faced her fears and released information to bring down a corrupt organization--at her own cost.
She has red in her ledger and she’s trying to wipe it out.
Avengers: Age of Ultron:
Tumblr media
Say what you will about Age of Ultron and Natasha’s relationship with the Hulk, but Natasha REALLY opened up in this movie.
As you can see she’s still kicking butt, as per usual (u go queen). What’s different this time, however, is that I think this is one of the first times we see her working as a team. While she did that in Avengers and TWS, I feel like this time she really relies on and trusts her team. “Can someone deal with that? Thank you.”
Additionally, she’s the only one who can calm Bruce down when he’s the hulk (which is pretty dope). This of course has to do with their romantic involvement, but also shows a part of Natasha that we have never seen before: her gentle, loving, and caring side. Then when we see her with Clint’s kids we see this maternal side of her that we never have before.
We learn a tiny bit of her history in the Red Room, which builds our understanding of her. But her being reminded of this also leads to her opening up SO MUCH to Bruce. She TELLS him what it was like in the Red Room. She tells him that they made her into a monster and an assassin and she’s trying to be better. She’s CRYING when she tells him about how they made it so she can never have children. While she would never show that side of herself to anyone else (except for maybe Clint), her opening up to someone else was a HUGE step for her.
Captain America: Civil War:
Tumblr media
By this movie Natasha sees the Avengers as her friends. “Staying together is more important than how we stay together.” She loves the Avengers and she loves who she is with the Avengers. In fact, I think she loves the Avengers mor than any other character--she finally feels like the red in her ledger is being wiped out. This probably informs her decision to sign the Sokovia Accords because she doesn’t want to stop being an Avenger and she wants to be there with her friends.
Then at the end she has to choose between letting Steve go and stop the plot to awaken more winter soldiers, and becoming a criminal again, “putting red back in her ledger” (I know that what she did wasn’t like red bad but it was still a crime) and she chooses to let Steve go. When given the choice between herself and saving the world, she chooses saving the world, forcing her to leave the Avengers--the only people that feel like family
Avengers: Infinity War:
Tumblr media
There’s not much of Natasha in this movie, but what we do have is golden. She’s on the run again, but this time she’s with friends. This time she’s helping people. This time she’s a hero--even if she’s technically a criminal. And don’t get me STARTED on the scene where she teams up with Okoye and Wanda to kill Proxima Midnight AAAHHHHH. She goes from not being much of a team player to “She’s not alone.” YAAASSS QUEEN I LOVE YOU
Avengers: Endgame:
Tumblr media
And of course, we have the big one: Endgame.
Wow.
11 years of character development lead us to this moment.
While everyone else is off dealing with the snap in their own way, where is Natasha?
At the Avengers headquarters, still helping people, and trying her best to not only help herself with the snap, but the rest of the universe. She’s really so amazing in this scene, clearly sad and probably barely coping--yet helping the world get back on its feet and the snap.
Tumblr media
Then we have the time heist and she goes back in time with her best friend in the world to Vormir. I think this might be the first time we ever see her smile. REALLY smile. When Clint says “Under any other circumstances, this would be the best time of life,” she has the BIGGEST smile I think I have ever seen in any Marvel movie. So pure, yet it comes from the person with the darkest back story. So joyful, yet there is so much pain there. This is when she finally starts to feel like a human and not just the assassin she was trained to be. Natasha is SO HAPPY to be back with the Avengers--happier than anyone else--and to be doing her major part to save the world.
Tumblr media
Then we get to Vormir.
Vormir.
They’re greeted by Red Skull and he says her fathers name, Ivan--a name she had never even heard before. I originally felt it was kind of weird to randomly introduce her father here until I realized it was her motivation.
Natasha never knew her father. Never had a chance to celebrate birthdays with him, bring home nervous boyfriends to the intimidating father, and just get to spend time with him. She never had any of that. Instead she got a red room and lessons that almost broke her and brutal graduation ceremonies and no love.
She does not want that for Clint’s kids. While none of them would ever have to go through quite what she did, they would never get their father back. They would have to live the rest of their life without him. Natasha has no one--and she knows that. She knows that it has to be her.
Clint, however, loves her. He loves her so much. She is his best friend in the world and being the cause of her death would eat him up for the rest of his life.
In this moment there is nothing else they love more in the world than each other.
A pretty far way from “love is for children.”
So they fight it out, each one trying to save the other--but ultimately Natasha wins. She smiles up at Clint. “It’s okay.” Then he’s forced to let her go.
Natasha finally feels real. She finally feels like a person. She finally feels human. She finally lets herself love. And she loves so much that she knows she must be the one to sacrifice herself for half the universe.
Now I say to all of you who have a problem with Natasha dying where she did, what would you have rather had happened? She just lets Clint die and wastes all of that character development? Absolutely not! She LOSES to Clint? No. Her death was the culmination of 11 years worth of character development, 11 years of learning, 11 years of growth. While her death is devastating, it is beautiful. A hero’s death made by a real hero—something that we rarely see women in fiction do.
Tumblr media
Dear Natasha Romanoff,
There was red in your ledger, but you wiped it out. You saved us. We won because of you.
Thank you Natasha. You are the strongest avenger.

(TOM HARDY, 35, HE/HIM), have you seen ALASTOR MOODY? HE is working as HEAD AUROR who, rumour has it, are also A MEMBER OF THE ORDER but don’t tell anyone. Some people say they can be HARD-WORKING and TOUGH, but they can also be PARANOID and UNTRUSTING so watch out!
tw: mention of torture, death, parents passing
Born in a small village in Scotland called Fort William, Alastor’s life started out fairly quiet. The Moody family was never one people paid attention too. Yes, they were Purebloods, but they were never in the “inner circle” and he never had to be dragged to those boring events he had heard about. He prefered to stay at home, tinkering with small spells and potions, or going for walks through the woods behind their small family home. Even as a child he prefered his own company. And that never really changed.
What did change was his trust in people? It started as the war did. He was there for the whispers in the hallways at Hogwarts. And he was there to see the change in how students looked at other students. He didn’t fully understand what was going on, though, until his fifth year. He had left the Ravenclaw Tower late one night to grab a book he had left in the library when he heard someone’s scream for help coming down a hallway. He didn’t even think twice before he ran in the direction the noise came from, his wand in hand, and came across a female student, a few years younger than him, covered in blood with “Mudblood” plastered on the walls behind her. Never in his life had he heard that phrase. And he couldn’t understand what kind of person could do such a thing. But he didn’t think too much of it at the time as he helped her to the Hospital Wing and tried to shake it off like a one-time thing.
But as more and more rumours spread of someone planning a war the more things that started to happen at school and no one knew who would do it. The obvious fingers pointed towards Purebloods and even Alastor was sent to Dumbledore’s office to answer some questions. Since he had found the girl they needed to make sure he hadn’t done anything to her. Which he found ridiculous. And once the Headmaster explained what a Mudblood was he felt sick.
When he went home for the summer he instantly told his Father about it. And asked“what can I do to make sure others aren’t hurt like that? And not just in school, but everywhere?” His Father, wanting to protect his son, said there was nothing he could do. He could only try his best to look out for his fellow students but also keep his head low. His Father told him a war was coming and that everyone would have to be prepared. But nothing could ever have prepared Alastor for what would eventually come.
The only career path Alastor ever considered was an Auror. After all, if there was one thing his family was known for it was producing a "long line of renowned Aurors." And Alastor was determined not to fail. With his parents both being fairly high ranking Aurors they were so proud of their son. But also afraid, it was a rough time for the Auror department. And the Ministry in general. And if there was ever a time they didn’t want their son to start training it was now. But they never discouraged them. And soon enough he had passed through all the exams with flying colours and started working under his parents.
For a few years, they were a team. And as more dark wizards rose they were captured and flung into Azkaban fairly quickly. Alastor soon proved himself to be a talented and sought-after Auror. And his rise through the ranks was a quick one.  "Half the cells in Azkaban are filled thanks to him." And he would always remember the day his Father told him that soon this department would belong to him. It was the proudest moment of his life, seeing the amount of love and pride behind his Father’s eyes, and it was perhaps his most cherished moment.
It was also one of the last moments he ever had with his Father.
He was informed at 3am one morning that his parents were in critical condition at St Mungo’s and he would never forget the fear in his heart as he raced to the Hospital. He made it there in time. But in some ways, he wished he hadn’t. Seeing his parents, who were always so strong in his eyes, laying there broken on hospital beds almost broke him too. He sat there with them as they both fought for life, trying to keep himself together to make it easier for them. There was nothing that could be done to save them. The dark magic used against them was something no one in this Hospital had ever seen before and even though they were rushing around looking for a counter curse or counter potion there was nothing to be done. So Alastor sat there holding their hands and watched as their life was slowly sucked from them.
His Mother had almost passed when she turned to look at her son, the faintest of smiles on her face. “My boy...my beautiful boy...I know you’ll find them....” She whispered before, with the last strength she could mister, raised her hand to give him a note. He didn’t have time to question what it was before he heard her last breath leaving her and the note stayed crumpled in his hand for hours as he broke.
When he could bring himself together long enough he finally opening the note and what was inside would change his views forever: it was an auror. find him. find him before he hurts someone else.
Alastor didn’t want to believe it to begin with. He believed in the Aurors. They were his friends, the people he trusted with his life, the people he worked beside day in and day out. And they all loved his parents. But when he finally went back to work a few weeks after his parents funeral the paranoia set in. Who was the say who was on their side or not? The war was in full swing now, Muggle-borns and “traitors” were being tortured and killed on a daily basis now, and who was to say Voldemort didn’t have someone working on the inside?
It made him paranoid and to this day he hasn’t figured out who killed his parents. But he won't work with anyone he doesn’t trust. He doesn’t share information unless absolutely essential and, since becoming Head Auror, he won’t give important jobs to those he doesn’t trust. He is constantly looking over his shoulder, wondering if he would be next as his place as Head Auror gave him more and more influence on the Ministry.
It was Dumbledore that asked him to join the Order, and all that won Alastor over was that he promised he would help him find who killed his parents. Alastor didn’t like the idea of kids running around untrained fighting a war they didn’t fully understand. But Alastor joined anyway. He needed a group that he could actually trust. And he trusted the Order more than the Aurors. Which is terrible, he knows. But he needed something to stop the paranoia from spreading.
The war seems unable to Alastor, but he keeps fighting. Even if he can save one person he is happy. He refuses to let Voldemort take control completely. And while he’s sitting in the Head Auror office he will fight as hard as he can to make sure it doesn’t happen. Which only makes him feel like there is a giant target on his back. But he’s ready for whoever comes at him. There’s a reason Azkaban is full because of him. And it’s because he isn’t afraid to fight dirty.
Other little snippets
Alastor is extremely cold unless he actually trusts you. And even then he is a very guarded person. He doesn’t want to get close to people unless they end up the same way his parents did.
He lives alone in a flat just outside of London. If he tells you where then congrats! You are on the second level of trust!
He lives and breathes his job. Do not ask him to take an unnecessary day off. He won’t do it.
He can’t cook. He pretty much lives off takeaway food and would like to not be judged for it.
Wanted connections
Love interest: Someone that can make him come out of his shell a little and when he’s with them he doesn’t worry as much. They make him feel happy and while he is fighting to not feel anything for them he is constantly drawn to them.
Confidant: Someone that he knows he can trust and knows he can tell anything too.
Hogwarts Girl: I’d love him to have still kept in touch with the girl he had saved at Hogwarts! She would be between 30-34 by now.
Tense at the Workplace: A Death Eater gone undercover in the Auror department and Alastor knows he’s a spy but unable to prove it so he’s constantly on their backs.
Drinking buddies: Pretty self-explanatory haha
Ex: Someone that he has had a close relationship within the past but his paranoia and his work obsession made them grow apart.
Partner in Crime: The person he trusts the most in the Auror department and does most of his work with.
