the most annoying aspect of losing weight unintentionally (and unhealthily) is that all my socks that aren't knee length are sliding down to my ankles now. like what the hell why am i losing weight from my fucking lower CALVES. STOP. I HAVE ENOUGH PROBLEMS
#bmi is truly terrible because as someone with a larger frame and low muscle mass i look Real Bad at <1 bmi points from underweight#but its only taken kind of not really srsly because i was already a low-healthy weight to begin with and lost weight so fast#if i was heavier no one would bat a fucking eye#like objectively i look terrible and my bones are poking out everywhere and without clothes i look obviously unhealthy#but since im a technically 'healthy' if low bmi its Fine#meanwhile i have weird lines around my mouth from the weight loss now like im a 40 year old smoker who eats an almond a day#and my cervical spine is so defined that it wigs me out and you can count my ribs easily and my collarbones stick out more than my biceps#but im over the medically defined 'underweight' weight so this is all OK#weight cw#weight loss cw#personal
