#tbh i have a lot of appreciation 4 the nhs obviously#particularly for junior doctors + nurses#but it's just wild how i can have q major surgery#+ then b discharged without any info on how long it should take to recover#or like w/o talking much about the implications of the surgery#like i've just basically been given injections to do + told i'm gonna have#an appointment w/ the consultant who did my op in like 3 months but no specific appt date#+ it's just like idk how i should b feeling right now/what i need to do to recover/how long that's gonna take#+ i asked as many questions as i could remember to ask but idk it was overwhelming so i've missed stuff out#anyway i don't know i just woke up this morning feelin kinda blegh#going 2 hopefully book a proper appt with one of the female GPs i vaguely know at the old gp surgery i was registered with#to talk things thru#but it's also complicated bc all my hospital notes hav been sent to my GP in oxford#bc that's where i'm registered bc 4 some unknown reason students can't b registered properly at 2 surgeries :))))#whatever things r weird + i needed to vent somewhere#pls let me know if anyone needs this tagged w/ anything !!#rambles
