just put on a full face of estée lauder doublewear foundation and HOW did i used to wear it every single day for 12+ as a late teen… without primer either
#📖#having such a style crisis at the moment#the less makeup i have on and the more i just wear jeans a tshirt and trainers i feel continually more basic and unremarkable#but it’s ultimately so much more comfortable than the 1940s full glam i used to do every day#it’s like… look cool but be uncomfortable or look basic and be comfortable#idk#it has a lot to do with femininity too#i want to be more feminine but as i get older i’m too tired to pit the effort in that comes along with being high high femme#but since that’s all i’ve ever known it’s difficult to navigate
