i’m feeling hopeless about everything
#some of it is direct side effects of my blood pressure pill#but it’s also impending hospital bills at a job that sucks#i am trying everything in my power to eat in a way that doesn’t spike my sugar but it still is high in the morning#and now i might have another skin infection/beginning of cellulitis#which is what triggered all of this in the first place#i’m just so tired#like i’m alive but at what fucking cost
