while I think this is a dumb move by Hamas (they're not known for their international legitimacy - leave it to the aid NGOs, who Israel will accuse of being you anyway) I do think it's funny that these two are back to back. a study in contrasts
#of course the interests of hamas as a political organisation are not strictly the humanitarian interests of the people of gaza#to reinforce their legitimacy versus abbas/fatah this is the sensible political play#but it won't help the humanitarian situation to give israel's pr people more chances to say it was All Hamas Actually
