#but it seems like it was ONLY used as a way to villanize billy?

Note
thank u for the billy discourse and also for unintentionally validating my thirst through reblogs because ... jfc ... 😫👀
i’ve been thinking a lot about the aforementioned billy hargrove discourse and have been having a hard time grappling with writing for billy - i can’t excuse the impact his character had on the storytelling of season two. he was received as racist despite dacre’s plain-as-day attempts to remove that characterization, which plays into the piece about “intent v. impact” that i talked about in my previous post about billy’s character.
it doesn’t matter what the intent was if it has a different impact - you have to move forward and restore what was damaged. in this sense, billy’s character can be written off. he’s a monster, he’s supposed to be hated. he’s not meant to be liked.
billy hargrove was written as a one dimensional foil to combat steve’s character arch from cool asshole to even cooler babysitter.
and that sucks.
i guess what really irritates me is the plain old negative stigmatization of billy being an abuse survivor — i’ve seen posts all over the tag about how he’s scum, he’s trash, he’s violent, he’s the fucking worst, and i can’t help but pull a face and wonder what the fuck the duffer bro’s thought they were doing when they decided to try and weave in a storyline as complicated but as poorly done as billy’s.
billy is seventeen.
for seventeen years of his life he’s had narrow minded, mysognistic, racist, homophobic views shoved down his throat. the abuse that he faces is text book controlling and violent, that prevents him from even considering the different side of things in fear of retaliation.
when i was seventeen, i was in an AP US gov class that really, really demonstrated the exact thing i’m talking about right now:
kids would dive into these political diatribes based on nothing more than what their parents thought. they would vote based on their parents ideals in classroom polls. they would post up all these thoughts on foreign policy based on their parents views. it’s what they knew best.
i think, in a lot of ways, this is what billy’s character experienced. he’s still young, still learning to think for himself, but every time he does? he’s belittled and beat to shit and learns not to even try. so, he mirrors his father’s behavior and woah! no black eyes after? interesting.
if he was given a year out of that house, away from his father and given proper friends? if he walked away from the shit of season three with a new support system and new people in his life who get it?
billy could have been a great example of what learning, exposure, and breaking the cycles of socialization do to people in our country who have put the blinders up and hold the same values as he did in season two — and how those values are wrong and born out of lack of knowledge and fear of change.
as much as i applaud “cancel culture”, it doesn’t tend to let folks break that cycle of socialization. instead, it isolates them and furthers a spiral of seeking out those with the same ideals — and that’s just bad news bears. then, you get those weird accapella trump chicks singing on twitter.
i’ve decided that if i write for billy, i am re-writing his character to expand on the points i’m making. he shouldn’t be spared from the repurcussions of his impact on season two + lucas, shouldn’t be spared from his abusive demeanor towards max. however, he should be given the chance to grow and learn from past mistakes and break his engrained socialization patterns beaten into him by his dad.
(shrug) i dunno. i just wish folks could acknowledge how real billy’s character is and how social psychology can really help break a character down and see how shittily his arch was played out.

Star Wars: The Bad Batch Trailer Breakdown and Analysis
https://ift.tt/eA8V8J
After their first appearance in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, the off-beat clones from the Bad Batch squad are back with their own animated series on Disney+. Genetically modified away from Jango Fett’s original clone mold, the Bad Batch (aka Clone Force 99) members each have unique alterations that make them deadly efficient on the battlefield.
The last we saw of them in the Clone Wars, the Bad Batch added Echo, a clone modified with cybernetic parts by the Separatists, to their ranks and went off to continue fighting on behalf of the Republic. But The Clone Wars finale didn’t show what happened to the Bad Batch after Order 66. This seems to be where the new The Bad Batch animated series picks up.
Check out the trailer below:
cnx.cmd.push(function() { cnx({ playerId: "106e33c0-3911-473c-b599-b1426db57530", }).render("0270c398a82f44f49c23c16122516796"); });
Here are some things we spotted in the trailer that might tells us where The Bad Batch is headed:
The Bad Batch’s ship heads toward Kamino, the home world of the clones. It first appeared in live action in Attack of the Clones, and appeared in The Clone Wars many times after that.
Next, we have shots of a couple more planets, possibly Prequel staples Geonosis and Coruscant, or new planets entirely.
The interior shots might be a training room, similar to the one we’ve seen clone cadets test their mettle in on The Clone Wars.
The Bad Batch have always had a bit of a strained relationship with the other clones, so to see them at the head of the army implies some kind of tension between the groups. At least Echo is there to provide a voice of moderation.
The following close-up is of Hunter, the leader of the group. His enhanced senses make him, well, just what his name suggests. He’s known for bringing a knife to a gun fight. Here, he’s facing off against a super cool lightwhip-wielding character. The lightwhip, a variant on the lightsaber, has appeared in Star Wars Expanded Universe material as a variant on the Jedi weapon for decades, ever since the villanous Lumiya wielded it in the classic Marvel Star Wars comics.
This particular take on the weapon might be from the High Republic era, as the gold filigree on the hilt evoke the Jedi aesthetic of that time period. The wielder might be a Zygerrian, a species of slavers who appeared in The Clone Wars — or another cat-like alien.
The next few shots showcase clone action in a variety of settings. This is sure to be a battle-heavy show. And the team doesn’t always work together; in the next shot Hunter seems to be on his own on the lower levels of Coruscant or another built-up planet like Corellia. Note Hunter’s bandana, which was inspired by the character of Billy Sole in Predator.
Next we get a brief shot of Wrecker doing what he does best (wrecking). The biggest member of the squad has a childlike blunt attitude. He also has a fear of heights, so this particular move where he falls from the sky might be a bit of a challenge for him.
While the Bad Batch worked for the Republic before, it seems that they, along with the rest of the galactic government’s clone forces, have been transitioned into the Galactic Empire after the end of Revenge of the Sith. It’s time to be bad guys. The shot of Emperor Palpatine claiming the new regime is ripped directly from Episode III.
There’s a lot of clone hardware showcased in this trailer, from each Bad Batch member’s unique armor to the Nu-class transports. These ships with folding wings are the predecessor to the Imperial Lambda shuttle seen in the Original Trilogy.
A surprise returning face! In a quick-draw contest with Hunter is Fennec Shand, the mercenary from The Mandalorian player by Ming-Na Wen. It seems like decades before she had a run-in with Din Djarin and Boba Fett she went toe-to-toe with one of the deadliest clones and lived to tell the tale.
Next up — it’s unclear whether this is the same battle or not — are some souped-up battle droids.
Now, this crashed ship looks new to me. Is that a Star Destroyer? Is it unfinished or modified? Crashed in the middle of an older battle or a new war wreck of the early days of the Empire? The scouts nearby overlooking the ship graveyard have a visual similarity to the Rebel scouts in A New Hope, but it’s far too early for organized rebellion.
Hunter uses his scope in a forested area before facing off against … a flame trooper? Is this show actually about rebel clones who decided not to join the Empire?
In a war-torn landscape, the Batch flees from a flying animal and its rider. Flying animals like this exist on the planet Polyneus, but since those don’t have a confirmed canon design it’s just as likely this is a different place. The manta ray-like anatomy has appeared several times in the series, including on Kamino itself.
Another battle scene focuses on Tech, the Bad Batch’s brains, and shows the Batch and Fennec facing off against Imperial stormtroopers. Another check mark on the “rebellion against the Empire” speculation list.
Hunter also gets to use his knife skills against stormtroopers, while Wrecker is doing some fighting without his helmet and armor, showing his missing eye.
The show is poised to give us a closer look at the transition from the Republic into the Empire from the clones’ point of view. The new Empire still has plenty of big battles to fight, and they’re deploying their AT-TEs, precursors to the AT-AT and a major advantage for the Empire’s forces.
Their fellow troopers aren’t the only opposing army the Bad Batch has to face. They’ll also have to take down these droids, who look like they might be a rogue’s bodyguards or some Separatist holdouts.
With the sizzle reel almost done, it’s time for tentacles. A monster has a hold of Wrecker. This could be a psychic interrogator like Bor Gullet from Rogue One or a more conventional critter. Either way, it’s liable to either squeeze, eat, or drown him.
The transition to the Empire wouldn’t be the same without Grand Admiral Tarkin. Clearly, the Bad Batch is ingratiated enough with the galaxy’s ruling power in this scene to get some commendations from the commander of the Death Star himself.
As with most Star Wars stories, there’ll be some droid action, too! Here are three astromechs ready to go. They’re new to me, but anyone recognize these folks?
Finally, the action ramps up with those droid troopers, an Imperial march on a planet of people of many species, and some impressive explosions. One of these brief flashes looks like it’s from the same scene earlier in the reel where Tech takes on some big droids.
The Clone Wars may be over, but The Bad Batch follows directly in its footsteps to tell the beginning of the Empire’s story from the troopers on the ground. Catch any details in the sizzle reel we missed? Shout them out in the comments!
The Bad Batch will premiere on Disney+, but doesn’t have a release date as of yet.

No rush, but if you're in the mood for another question: pick your one favorite and least favorite season of each of these series :) Charmed, BtVS, Angel, Friends, TVD. I know it's hard to pick just one favorite and one least favorite, so good luck ;)
Charmed
Favourite season: Season 4
What can I say about this season? It’s just brilliant. Although Prue is my favourite character, the aftermath of her death, introduction of Paige and transition to a new trio is handled brilliantly. I love the different dynamic that Paige brings to the show and how Piper and Phoebe’s worlds are completely turned upside down by losing Prue and finding Paige. I love getting to know Paige in episodes like A Knight to Remember and A Paige From the Paige, I adore seeing the process of Piper accepting Prue’s death and embracing Paige and their magic in episodes like Hell Hath No Fury and Lost and Bound. And despite the controversy surrounding the Cole/Source plot, I enjoyed Phoebe’s arc in this season with adapting to becoming the middle sister, getting married and pregnant and suffering the most life-changing, soul-destroying losses imaginable. We even got a Leo-centric episode with Saving Private Leo which finally gave us insight into Leo’s past. Season 4 is a consistently strong season in my opinion (albiet with a weak finale) and episodes like Charmed Again, Hell Hath No Fury, Charmed and Dangerous and Long Live the Queen are some of the most memorable episodes of the series for me. You can read more about why I love season 4 here.
Least favourite season: Season 8
This season is so weak. The show could’ve (and probably should’ve) ended with season 7 so the whole season suffers from a complete lack of direction. All of the characters have already gone full circle with their arcs and development so there’s nowhere new to take them. As a result, they all feel watered down. Phoebe and Paige lose all of their personality and spark, whilst Piper is reduced to a stereotype where her snark and sarcasm is taken to unnecessary levels. Billie and Christy are poor villains for the final show-down and neither actress fits within the show. They steal too much focus from the sisters and since it’s the final season this is the season that should be all about the sisters. In addition, there’s a complete lack of sisterly moments in this season, Darryl is absent and Leo is removed for a large part of the season. Not to mention, Paige and Henry and Phoebe and Coop are rushed romances established simply to give Phoebe and Paige their “happily ever after” for the season finale. Even the final episode is pretty weak. Whilst I appreciate the happy ending, it all seems cheesy and too good to be true, and it’s way too Piper-centric and lacks balance. You can read more about why season 8 is my least favourite here.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Favourite season: Season 2
This season is a solid and a really great season. We have Spike and Drusilla as the best villanous pairing in teleivision history, a brilliant two-parter with a dramatic twist in Surprise and Innocence, the Angelus arc which I never get tired of watching and a strong ending with The Becoming Part 1 and 2. For Passion alone this season deserves to take the number 1 spot, but my love for Angel/Angelus (and Bangel) only adds to how much I love the season.
Least favourite season: Season 7
Whenever I rewatch BTVS, I rarely make it through the final season. It’s just not a good season. I don’t like the direction Buffy and Spike’s relationship is taken in, I dislike the introduction of the Potential Slayers, the after-math of Willow’s dark arc is handled poorly, the Willow/Kennedy romance is rushed and completely forced, The First is a poor final villain to end the series with particularly following villains like the Mayor, Angelus, Spike and Dru. All of the supporting characters (Willow, Xander, Anya, Dawn etc.) are pushed aside and given no real arcs or development. Overall this season is completely forgettable and a very weak end to a brilliant series.
Angel
Favourite season: Season 2
Ah, it’s so hard to choose because it’s a toss-up between season 2 and 3. At this present moment, I’m going to go with season 2. I love Darla’s arc in this season and her dynamic with Angel, it’s also so satisfying to see Dru and Darla wreak havoc together. Angel gets pushed to arguably the darkest place he’s ever been (up until this point) and I love seeing him lose all faith in the world, life and humanity only to then have an epiphany where his entire perspective shifts and he gets absolute clarity. Seeing Cordy, Wes and Gunn go off on their own is great, I love their dynamic and how strong they are in this season. This is also the final season that features Kate, who I really like and think is very underrated. There’s a lot of focus on other minor characters who I love such as Lilah and Lindsey. This is also the season that we get the newest additions to Angel Investigations: Lorne and Fred. Honestly, the end of this season really lets it down for me, but the beginning and middle is so strong with Darla and Angel that it always sits near the top as my favourite season.
Least favourite season: Season 4
This probably won’t come as a surprise to any Angel fans reading this. Season 4 is undoubtedly the worst season of the series. It takes a beautiful, complex, well-developed character in Cordy and completely decimates her. Everything that she is and that fans love her for is stripped away, her agency is removed and she’s hijacked by an evil being who uses her body to commit horrendous acts. Seeing Cordy!Jasmine sleep with Connor will always make me feel physically sick. For Angel to have to witness that and endure the pain of seeing the woman he loves having sex with his adolescent son is disgusting. Overall, the treatment of Cordy and Connor in this season makes me so uncomfortable. Fred and Gunn’s relationship is dismantled to make way for Fred and Wesley, which in my opinion is by far the weaker ship. Even the appearance of Angelus and Faith later on in the season doesn’t make up for the rest of the season. Losing Cordy and Lilah are huge losses that also make this season my least favourite.
Friends
Favourite season: Season 3
This is a great season. Whilst every season of Friends is generally a mixed bag in terms of the quality of episodes, season 3 is pretty consistent. The ensemble feels at its strongest in this season and every episode gives focus to the group as a whole. Ross and Rachel’s relationship is great in this season and their break-up is genuinely heart-breaking; we have Janice this season who I find highly entertaining; Monica and Richard’s relationship which I enjoy (despite being a Mondler shipper) and of course, the chick and duck. Despite this being a sitcom, all of the characters go through genuine development in this season too. Joey gets to experience what it’s like to be on the other side of things when he falls for Kate who plays around with his feelings; Chandler navigates his first serious relationship with Janice where he has to try and overcome his fear of commitment and later deal with the hurt of their break-up; Monica deals with the loss of her first great love in Richard and has to reconsider what she wants from her future; Rachel progresses in her career and tries to establish her own identity and independence for the first time; Ross has to face up to the damage his relationship with Carol has done to him in regards to his jealousy and insecurity. It’s rare that we see character development like this in a sitcom, but season 3 is definitley a strong season for this. There are so many golden episodes from this season: TOW No One’s Ready, TOW the Flashback, TOW the Football and TOW the Morning After.
Least favourite season: Season 9
Lets get this straight, there’s no such thing as a bad season of Friends, however, this is the weasest season in my opinion. I don’t like Chandler’s move to Tulsa, the direction Ross and Rachel’s relationship takes, how Rachel’s feelings for Joey are handled and the two parter TO in Barbados is my least favourite season finale, I really, really don’t like those episodes. I also find that there are quite a lot of episodes in this season that are just plain bad and not funny like TOW the Sharks, TOW Phoebe’s rats and TOW Monica sings just to name a few. Overall, there’s not a single season 9 episode that I could name as being a favourite or even coming close to being on my top favourite episodes list.
The Vampire Diaries
Favourite season: Season 3
This is an easy choice for me (although season 2 is a very close second). I love season 3. It’s the season of the Originals and for that reason I can’t do anything else but love it. Klaus is the best villain and feels like a genuinely terrifying threat to the gang. The overall plot across the season is tight and well executed. Despite my dislike for the triangle, it’s handled amazingly in this season and it’s the only season where I can genuinely appreciate the triangle and the dynamics within it. As a Stelena shipper, I live for the angst between Stefan and Elena in this season and adore every single scene they have together. I also love Stefan’s arc with him being forced to become Klaus’ side-kick to save Damon and then being compelled to turn off his humanity despite how hard he fights against that. It’s a great season for Stefan’s character and shows the complexity of him better than the previous two seasons. Elena is also at her best in this season. Her strength and resillience really shines through and in this season she stops feeling like a by-stander and like someone that’s taking charge of her life and getting shit done. Alaric’s arc is dark and heart-breaking. Caroline and Tyler are strong in this season and they’re one of my favourite TVD ships. However, Klaus and Caroline’s dynamic is intruiging and brings a new flavour to the show. And although I never wanted Elena to become a vampire, the season finale is fantastic and a very strong ending to a brilliant season.
Least favourite season (note that I haven’t watched seasons 7 and 8): Season 5
Urgh, this season is just the worst. It totally retcons the mythology and history of the show with making Stefan a doppelganger. As much as I love Paul’s acting, Silas is such a crappy character. The Travellers are pointless; Damon and Elena’s on-again-off-again relationship is tiresome, the Augustine plot goes no where; the switch from high school to college is bumpy; Stefan is completely sidelined by awful writing choices; the best character on the show (Katherine) is done a huge disservice and her exit from the show is pitiful; Bonnie suffers once again (surprise, surprise); the introduction of Nadia just doesn’t work; there’s stupid scenes and episodes that are present for the sole reason of baiting Stelena shippers (5x04 and 5x18) and the finale is completely dumb. There’s not a single thing I like about this season.
Thanks for asking, lovely!

also, what was up with stranger things?
the actually scary sci-fi show turned into the really boring old used russian villan-trope, apparently because they couldn’t come up with anything else. commies commie commies blah blah blah.
and making hopper into this controlling sexist stupid weirdo turned me so off him that i literally didn’t care when he died. his death too, was so predictable. as was much of the plot anyways. the corny walking through billy’s memories... instead of keeping things edgy they just made them boring and emotional in a forced way. we already knew what happened to billy. underlining it for plot-purposes was so transparent. as with dustin’s gf. so apparent that his radio would only work when it’s finally time to have a sing-along-save via his girlfriend. like the writers didn’t offer anything actually new about the characters or mythology of the series. it seemed like the script was just tired of it themselves.
they actually managed to make me so uninterested in the two characters that i’d earlier been intrigued by that i didn’t care when they both died.
i really liked the ice cream girl though. what a waste of good established characters and new ones the plot was.

Reboot season 2 episodes rated part 1
Here is my verdict for the episodes so far,
of the episodes aired I only haven't seen 'Can I keep it'. I'm spliting this into several parts because this is getting too lengthy.
Anyway:
Out to launch: 9/10
The Tennyson family observes the launch of a experimental space plane, however as Vilgax takes control over it Ben has to team up with his idol pilot McCabe as Gwen and Max try to help him by hacking into the ships controls.
This episode is action packed, funny and gives us more clues to Max's mysterious past. The character of McCabe is enjoyable if not as memorable as other newly introduced characters.
Battle at Biggie Box: 8/10
Ben drags his family to a giant sale at store chain called Biggie Box, hoping to obtain the super rare Sumo Slamer play set. However, Billy Billions is also after the playset. Ben, being desperate to beat Billy, ends up hurting the feelings of his friend Simon.
This episode doesn't give us subtle plot development like the last one but it gives Ben some more character development, has some very funny visual gags and slapstick and references every former retail employe would appreciate. I didn't come to care about Simon and his brother all that much when they appeared in season 1 and every reference to Gwen's stupid crushes in season 1 makes me want to punch someone. It's a fun episode but not a must watch.
Bon Voyage: 8/10
As the Tennyson family boards a brand new ship made to replace the old SS Pettigrew Ben finds himself fight both Steam Smythe and sea sickness as our steam punk enthusiast just can't seem to let go of the past.
This episode is a bit of a mixed bag. The humor is really great and I find it admirable that a show doesn't go the "technology is evil and progress is bad" route, however I think they kind of used the wrong example. Most people nowadays board steam boats because it's something gimicky or out of curiousity so there is infact still a valid market for those kind of boats despite their short commings. I would like to see a show for once awknowledge that the past and the future aren't necessarly rivals to one another. However with it's well paced humor, neat action scenes and intruigent hints twoards Steam Smythe's potential origin this episodes elevates itself from it's short commings.
Mayhem in Mascot: 7/10
As Ben and Gwen attempt to get a picture with every storefront Mascot failed yet again, due to Ben's staling. Ben helps Gwen take a picture with the last woden mascot, Yawk the bear. However as the mascots come to live Ben amd Gwen soon realize things are more complicated then they seem.
...this episode is strange. I mean I liked the song, it's a neat parody and it's nice to see them make fun of the randomly breaking into song trope.... Lenny is a neat character(he was the guy who kinda looked like Kevin in the leaks)....and Ben being the skeptical for once instead of Gwen was a nice idea. But the twist was predictable, Gwen's behaviour was a bit too naive, there isn't really any explanation for the other Mascots and this whole episode is a bit too random for my taste.
Screamcatcher: 8/10
A visit to the dentist goes south when Hex shows up and kidnaps Ben into a world made out of Ben's fears.
The premise is creative. Using a dentist of all people to show there are more people with interesting advantures was a really neat idea. The way Ben solves his predicament is a bit on the nose but it's subverted enough to be interesting. Hex's eternal hell would be a booring dead end desk job and honestly mood.
Vote Zambozo: 9.5/10
Team Ten all have to contribute their individual skills as Zambozo hypnotizes a town with a fake election campaine so Acid Breath, Toe Nail and Fright Wig can rob the local bank. As Gwen and Max take care of Zambozo, Ben takes on the circus freak trio.
I already made a indepth post about this episode. There are a lot of things one can like about this episode from it's dense world building to the character progression. It's also really neat to see the contrast this Gwen has to season 1 Gwen, they are doing her justice at last.
Animorphosis: 9.5/10:
As Ben sets out to find a real fosile to out shine his cousin he gets ambushed by Animo and VILGAX! However as the later betrays Animo and takes over his mutant animals Ben and Animo have to close a uneasy aliance.
Okay this episode is MAJOR! I honestly was shocked and would suggest you watch it for yourself. The only thing holding is back was a lack of Gwen in my opinion...I am biased okay!
The 11th alien part 1 and 2: 9.8/10
As Ben discovers a new alien in his watch Vilgax shows up to warn our heros about this particular alien's powers. Ben after innitially rejecting Vilgax's "help" starts to notice strange happenings whenever he uses said alien. Was he telling the truth? Could Ben cause serious harm with his omnitrix? Ben is put into a difficult possition as he has to decide weather it is better to potentially destroy the earth or surrender the omnitrix to Vilgax.
These episodes are really neat. It again shows Vilgax as the manipulative villan he always has been. It gives Ben serious character struggles and puts his relationship with Gwen and the significants of their friendship into the foreground. The twist at the end wasn't that hard to guess but still fun seen executed and you can see in later episodes that this had a longlasting effect on Ben's character. The only thing holding it back is one or two awkwardly cut scenes.

TJLC in The Six Thatchers *SPOILERS*
JOHNLOCK IN THE SIX THATCHERS ( please read, it'll be worth your time I promise) Okay so I watched The Six Thatchers maybe 8 times now and have a few things I would like to point out to provide further evidence that JohnLock will happen in The Final Problem and would like to hear your thoughts! I know this is really long, but I went into extreme detail of the episode and I think it's worth reading, especially since Rebekah is likely not going to make an episode on it. Anyway, without further ado, All evidence of Johnlock in The Six Thatchers.
 1) On the fridge I'm sure we all saw the pamphlet with the elephant, but directly above it is a post-it note with 13th written on it. I started thinking what this could mean and then realised that including TAB, The Final Problem would be episode 13 of Sherlock. The elephant will be addressed finally in the 13th episode.
 2) Can we please note the ridiculously not so subtle water imagery throughout the episode? literally overlaying sherlocks face?
3) the main villan of the episode was refered to constantly (before the reveal of her identity) as Ammo, which we find out actually means Love. and said villan ends up killing mary, the one thing standing between sherlock and john. (sidenote I do love Mary as a character and was sad to see amanda go, I knew it had to be done for the sake of Johnlock)  also, convenient that John now has a child, something John and Sherlock wouldn't of been able to have on their own.
4) Save John Watson. Save him. Save him Sherlock. Save him from what exactly? Oh I don't know maybe the repressed sexuality he has been hiding all these years? Save him from the pain of staying in the closet? (which is pretty painful, I know from experience. You really do feel saved when you fall in love for the first time) also, Save John Watson; the skip code sent to Mary in the Empty Hearse. In which John was being burned... as in "I will burn the heart out of you" burned. just saying.
5) Free as a bird. #ohwhatabeautifulmorning Here are the lyrics to oh what a beautiful morning - There's a bright golden haze on the meadow, There's a bright golden haze on the meadow, The corn is as high as an elephant's eye, An' it looks like its climbin' clear up to the sky. Chorus: Oh what a beautiful morning, Oh what a beautiful day, I've got a wonderful feeling, Everything's going my way. - Okay how many songs do you know have the word elephant in them? not many, and of course the one song sherlock tweets is about everything going perfectly and mentions a freaking elephant... Also, It's from Oklahoma! the Musical... which you can read about the relevance to in Rebekah's tumblr blog
 6) John's Blog We get a quick shot of John's Blog in the opening, (the real life counter part of the blog is no longer being updated) but it's important to note that the counter is no longer stuck at 1895! They've broken past the barrier of the suppressive time period! Also, the titles of the blogs (in order of apperance) are:
221Back! (which from what I can read off the blurred image, is about how he hasn't written in a while and that he'll try to write everything up soon, and that he's going to be a dad)
Dusty Death (a case about a woman who's husband drowned, but had sand in his lungs not water.)
Unknown Blog Entry (about a man who came in looking white as a sheet and a wound in his hand. We don't know much about this case except that it was the wrong thumb?)
The Duplicate Man (How could Dennis Parkinson be in two places at once and murdered in one of them? Again don't know much excpect that it's never twins.)
The Circus Torso (Limbless body found decomposing in trunk in waterloo wouldn't be identified.)
The Canary Trainer (Andrew Wilson was an unusual man with an Unusual hobby. He seemed to have no connection to the man whos life was so abruptedly ended one freezing night)
The Cardiac Arrest (Joel Fentiman was found strangled in the bedsit he shared with his brother. They had always got on well and there was no sign that the situation had changed... we could never have known that there was a potential assasin lurking close by.) I may be reading too much into this one, but perhaps, since people view sherlock and johns relationship as platonic and brotherly, they share a flat, and according to the non tjlc viewers, there is no sign that that would be changing. and if it were to continue on that way, the more than platonic relationship would die. Strangled. not able to speak. or breathe. Suffocated by an assasin... cough mary cough. Again, could be reading too much into this one.
 7) Sherlock's Tweets There are many in the first act of the episode and it goes by fast but here is what I could collect in order.
Free as a Bird
#ohwhatabeautifulmornin
#221BringIt!
 8) The Canary Trainer Woman: "Didn't see that coming" Sherlock: "Naturally" The woman is the viewers, this is made apparent by the fact that she is viewing sherlock over a device and not face to face in person like a typical client.
 9) John's Missed calls from Mary John has 59 missed calls from mary after he spends all his day with sherlock... hmmm in SIB John mentions that Sherlock has had 57 texts from Irene, sherlock recieves two texts from Irene after this point, Im not dead lets have dinner and goodbye mr holmes. making 59 total texts from Irene. Not sure if there is an important connection here but as mycroft so fondly pointed out, there are no such things as coincidences. so take this as you like.
 10) Sherlock Watson Sherlock mentions yet again that he wants them to name their daughter Sherlock because her thinks it would sound good, he likes the name Sherlock Watson. Of course Mary and John both remind him that it's not a girl's name, to which Sherlock just grins
 11) Sherlock is named Godfather to the child. it's a strectch but Father is in the title and Mother is gone by the end so...
 12) Margaret Thatcher Okay so as the title of the episode and the main story line, this is really important. Margaret was one of the greatest Prime ministers of all british history... except for one glaring flaw... she was very anti-gay. Okay, so, the Welsborough couple are mirrors to John and Sherlock, this is clear from the fact that their case begins with a reflection in a balloon. Also because they say they had no life before they met eachother, much in the way john's blog blatently states he literally had no life whatsoever before he met Sherlock. When they kiss, the wife says "she's looking at us disapprovingly again" referring to the Thatcher bust, this however would make no sense unless it's not refering to them as a straight couple but instead their mirrors John and Sherlock, because as I previously stated, Maragret Thatcher was very anti-gay. Throughout the episode busts of Thatcher are being broken in order to find or free something hidden. The are literally shattering the anti-gay minister in order to free something hidden... come on people. this is so glaring its almost baffling how other a handful of us have figured out the true drive of the show. (side note, the power ranger on Charlies car is blue... guess what the name of the blue power ranger is? Billy. Also he was considered the brains of the group) Later in the show sherlock finally catches on to whats happening with the busts and the following conversation occurs between sherlock and lestraude.
L: and now someones wandering about destroying them all. Makes no sense whats the point?
S: No theyre not destroying them. Thats not whats happening
L: yes it it
S:Well it is whats happening but its not the point... Ive been slow, far too slow
L: well im still being slow over here so if you wouldnt mind...
S: slow but lucky, very lucky.
*takes deep breath* okay. so if we read this conversation with the busts representing heteronormativity in media, or the straight perception of the show, and lestraude as the audience, we are being told that yes the physical busts are being destroyed but thats not the point. the point is johnlock. the general audience still doesnt see it, some people are catching on, but the whole thing has been moving very slow, because the writers dont want to rush it, they want to do this right, and in order to do that they need to build up a story for years, a story that will change the way we see things, but without throwing it at us abruptly and randomly. This is a love story remember, and love stories need build up or it feels forced. and this is something that should in no way feel forced.
 13) Titles This fun little concersation: *talking about the Ghost Driver case* Sherlock: "Dont give it a title"
John: "people like titles"
Sherlock: "I hate titles"
John: "give the people what they want"
Sherlock: "no, never do that, people are stupid.
 Mary: "uhm some people"
Sherlock: "All people are stupid.... most people."
you sure were still talking about blogs boys? Everyone wants to title them as platonic and friends and all this jazz to which sherlock says he hates titles and then goes on to say that most people are stupid, implying that there is a section of people who nderstand and arent blind to the obvious cough cough club tjlc
14) John's Hair I think it's important to note that John is using a lot more product in his hair this season, and as Sherlock Holmes himself pointed out, Product in the hair is a sign of gayness, previous seasons said john only washed his hair, there was a difference. now hes upgraded to full product, clearly taking more of an interest in maintenance of himself. Not to impress mary, theyre already married what's he got to impress at this point? unless hes not trying to impress anyone it's just for himself. which is according to sherlock, kind of gay.
 15) SOMETHINGS COMING Throughout the literal entire episode it is constantly repeated that something is coming! The want to make it obvious that it is coming something big is going to happen! Sherlock has a little rant about how by analysing everyones movements and patterns the future is entirely predictable mathmatically. well guess whose been doing that the entire time? Us. The TJCL cool people who have dedicated countless hours into analysing characters to discover that Johnlock will happen in the Final Problem. well done guys yay! Sherlock didn't like the original ending of Appointment in Samarah, she he WROTE HIS OWN ENDING The transition for that scene you may ask? Glass... shattering...onto.....a...shattered...bust...of...antigay...margaret...thatcher .........Guys... come on... they are screaming it to us at this point. 16) Now that youve pointed it out Sherlock talks Mr Kingsley through his deductions, after which mr K states that once he'd explained it, it was quite obvious...(cough cough johnlock) to which sherlock gets offended and making up a bunch of lies, namely, says his wife is the most dangerous spy in the world, operating deep undercover.
17) game face Theres a weird moment where the margaret bust is transposed onto sherlocks face, and then lestraude says that shelock doesnt look pleased. sherlock replies with "this is my game face". Keeping in mind that Thatcher busts in this episode represent the heteronormativity in media, sherlock is putting on a face, a face to appeal to heteronormativity but he isnt pleased. He isn't pleased with wearing the game face anymore... because it's not a game anymore... johnlock, isnt a gameface anymore and the heteronormative mask is going to come off soon.
 18) Toby the dog = Johnlock
J: "Hes not moving"
S: "Hes thinking"
J: "Hes really not moving"
S: "Hes slow and sure john, not dissimilar to yourself"
J: "You just like this dog don't you"
S: "Well I like you"
Mary: "Hes still not moving."
*enters montage of Sherlock's theme melting into John's chords in a major key. in a visual pattern identical to John and Sherlock running through the streets of london in SIP*
19) Sherlock. Holmes. Falling. Through. Shattering. Glass. Into. A. Pool. Of. Water. With. Waves. Painted. On. The. Walls. Forcing. A. Man. To. Choke. On. A. Waterfall.
 20) Promotional posters In a poster for the Final Problem, there shows a violin with the E string broken. if anyone has a theory to what this represents please let me know. On a seperate poster john and sherlock are in their chairs staring at eachother with the room flooded in water and a tea cup floating between them
 21) GWJ GWJ is spray painted on the door outside of the location where Mary and Sherlock meet... Theories for what this stands for? Like... Gay with John? or Go with John? or Gratiss Wants Johnlock?
 22) So many lies J: so many lies and I dont just mean you. we find out john means the almost affair here, BUT I don't think so. Okay for started the almost affair broke my heart so I wont be talking about it at all, but the fact that it was even considered means John isnt 100% happy in this marraige. He wouldnt even consider it otherwise. But what isnt he happy with? He loves mary, we all do, shes awesome. Hes got a beautiful child, and is still solving crimes with his best friend... unless... unless he Isn't happy with mary because even though he loves her... He loves someone else more... Sherlock. And being around Sherlock all the time and not knowing Sherlock loves him back while being married has got to be taxing and is definately something that could push someone to consider having an affair. Hes sick of lying to mary and hes sick of lying to sherlock. Hes sick of lying to everyone, he just wants to be out of the dang closet guys!
 23) E Okay. Im not going to talk bout the almost affair because im still mad at John for it, but I have to talk about the mystery woman whom it involved. E. Earlier I said there was a promo image with a violin with a broken string, the E string. Now, when we learn about the lies and the almost affair, we see E through the reflection of the plane window. so we know shes a mirror. But a mirror for whom? John? Mary? She is wearing a rose on a necklace, and we know mary's name is actually Rosamund. If it's mary why would John be having an affair with someone who mirrors his wife? Maybe becuse he feels that Mary is the affair and his real relationship is with Sherlock? We also see E next to a poster for the seasons villan and the words It's Murder. Coming soon. Hes Back. and if E really is a mirror for Mary than that's not that big of a jump since Mary is murdered at the end of the episode.
 24) The Vauxhall Bridge The Vauxhall bridge is known for it's statues on the pillars which are hidden to anyone on the bridge, and instead only visible to those on the water... a lot of water in this episode guys... a lot.
 25) When Sherlock sends John and Mary different texts at the same time. to Mary he says "The curtain rises The last act Its not over." Thats a nod to us, the viewers. Telling us when johnlock is going to happen. the last act. The Final Problem. and not to give up hope because of John shutting out sherlock at the end of the episode. Theyre telling it its okay, its not over, all will be revealed in the last act. 26) water water water freaking everywhere opening, water rosies's mobil has fishes, rosie's baptism. Sherlocks face overlayed with water as hes taking to mycroft about destiny. Sherlock fighting with ajay in lots of water Sherlock meeting with Mary in the rain Sherlock standing on a bridge above water Mary getting freaking shot in an aquarium.... SHerlock goes to therapy and what does Ella have on the table? Water. Guys... come on...
 27) What to do about John?
S:I need to know what to do
 E:Do?
S:About John.
*increased heartbeat is heard in background*
What's the worst thing you can do to your closest friends? Tell them the truth. Sherlock hun you gotta tell John how you feel.
 28) Molly We only see Molly once in this episode and shes a mess. we know shes a john mirror so john is a total wreck at this point, but is really sorry for shutting out Sherlock.
 29) Closing Can Samarra be avoided? Im looking at the merchant story as the Sherlock Holmes story as it's always been told. Two platonic friends who are just that. And like how Sherlock wrote his own ending, where the merchant goes to another town and lives, Moffat and Gratiss are writing their own end. One where Sherlock and John get to live free and be together. Free from the 1895 lock around their story. Can samarra be avoided? Well it fades to water and then we get Mary telling Sherlock to go to Hell (no idea what that means gunna be completely honest here) but I think that the whole point of the episode is yes. samarra can be avoided. and thats what their going to do. write a new ending. because as moffat says, if youre not writing it to change something, to correct someone, than you shouldnt be writing it at all.
SO there we go. Those are all the things I found in the 6 Thatchers. I would love to hear what you all think,. Thank you to anyone who read all the way through. Im so blessed to have been apart of this amazing journey with all of you. Now all we need is a gay disney princess am I right? Seriously though, I love you all and am blessed to be in such a great community here.
TL;DR johnlock is real. it will happen. and it will happen in the final problem.

Here are some of the principles around Pokemon Go's fitness centers, located in neighborhood locations of interest and also the scene of your battles versus other Pokemon 'trainers'. Ahead, a huddled quartet swallowedSavannah's thin kind as well as I lifted my head, gaining ground, bobbing on my toes, attempting to see her. Guy begin to give teenage ladies a wide berth on the road; children are set apart into single-sex schools for their own safety and security. Every 21 hrs you could collect 10 Pokécoins for every defender you have in any type of fitness centers you're sustaining. The gym made the body a topic of conversation, display screen, desire as well as fret as well as of workout as well as treatment. As a result, there are no legal limitations on the quantity of weight that a women worker could lift. There is no factor you cannot create a totally functional residence gym that will stand the test of time for between ₤ 1,000 as well as ₤ 2,000 There are plenty of places to purchase made use of physical fitness devices, such as classified ads as well as public auction sites like ebay.com, where you'll usually be able to get equipment for less compared to half exactly what you would certainly spend for it brand-new. Whatever devices the health club supplies is provided and kept by Hendricks devoid of any type of price for participants. Getting a much better exercise overall when you're functioning out and your devices is smoother this additionally indicates that you're functioning your muscles a lot more effectively. The movie appears to be asking us to go out of the theater shaking our heads in disillusionment, however I was much more puzzled than frustrated. To Zack went the White Zeo Shard, giving him the power of the Light, and also control of the White Cheetah Zord. Works a little much better compared to the initial Power Rangers film yet will not prolong its charm beyond the program's follower base. The Crimson Ranger exists, chuckling, tossing screws of lightning at the Wind Rangers. However it is additionally the type of power that Gandhi accessed, that at some point brought the British Realm to approve India's independence. Both rangers veered to opposite sides, enabling the blast to fly harmlessly previous them. Power Youngsters (also known as 5 huajai hero) is sheer awesomeness, no doubt about it. It's rather obvious that this is supervisor Krissanapong Rachata's very first movie, as well as writer Nonont Kontaweesook's very first too, yet with the aid of co-writers Napalee and Piyaros Thongdee (The Protector), they have the ability to craft a movie that's so unbelievably unintentionally amusing that it's ridiculous how unknown this film still is at the moment. Gold offered Gold's Health club in 1970, 6 years before Pumping Iron, yet it has gone on to come to be a franchise business with fitness centers across 43 states as well as 25 nations. have a peek at this web-site was one of the earliest Total Gym designs offered for home usage. Choose carefully; once you put a Pokémon in a health club its secured there up until it obtains knocked senseless at which point it's gone back to your stock. A low chuckle comes from all over me. Eyes narrowing, I transport even more power right into my clenched fist. In Quid Pro Quo harassment, the criminal is in a placement of power at the workplace and is exerting this power to obtain sex-related favors in exchange for a workplace benefit. Well, we should recognize the different reactions that could come from interested celebrations when it involves power and also autonomy. Dealing with the power mystery depends upon locating a balance between the gratification of your very own desires and also your focus on other individuals. Screenwriter Max Landis, that worked on a very early draft of Power Rangers yet was terminated, has mentioned how similar the intro looks to Chronicle. It misbehaves enough to handle traffic jams on your way to work, so navigating around unaware people at the fitness center could be just as annoying. The six rangers climbed to their feet and stood side by side in front of the pillar as well as enjoyed as a face showed up over the Zeo Crystal. In an automated lift a button looks after the lift's folding, unraveling, decreasing as well as increasing, while in a semi-automatic wheelchair platform lift one has to manually unravel the system and also fold up. Je viens de m' acheter le power plate et je voudrais savoir combien de temps je dois en pratiquer par jour surtout la durée des exercices ... merci d'avance. Exactly what this does, this setting enables you to get a lot more power from your glutes in contrast to being simply flat on the floor fine. Individuals do understand it. Yet they do not seem to be able realise it and I think this is why Rhonda as made out that it is an almost enough individuals are acting apon it as well as it truly is a remarkable power. Or they could go into free-fall; Quake is chiefly remembered in my home for among the sloppiest special results in cinema history - plummeting lift travelers screaming together while a person chucks red paint at the lens. There is world power in making the commitment to maintaining our words as positive and also life affirming as we are able. Including a strike bag to your residence gym is going to allow you to enjoy excellent stress-busting, high strength exercises. Most gyms are not actually clean, as well as numerous do not take adequate steps to tidy," says Drew 'Connell, Los Angeles-based master instructor and creator of Now Body Fitness. To think of it one more means, 4 skiers or snowboarders could pack the lift about every six seconds despite whether a quad is fixed-grip or high-speed. Bonjour, j' habite à Marseille j' aimerai essayé la Power Plate et j' aimerai savoir quels sont les prix pratiqués sur Marseille?merci d'avance!!! Yet I desired the scanners to be triggered initially, so we could determine precisely where the continuing to be Rangers are concealing. Treharne, who opened his first branch in Hounslow in 2008, stated he intends to open in between 15 and also 20 brand-new gyms a year to touch need for adaptable use. a fantastic read and also Resident's Recommendations have released guidelines in the last fortnight about what to keep an eye out for in gym agreements, as well as have offered guidance to those who are currently secured right into long contracts. Even if we're cut off from Ninja Ops, at the very least we can still access the Power approved to us. The Power Rangers returned to the Central Access Complex to notify Billy of their circumstance. Push down on the deal with of the sculpt to prise the board up. Repeat beyond till the whole board has actually been lifted high sufficient for you to insert the claw of your hammer. Directly I extremely suggest this flick only and solely to Power Rangers' followers, not to the general audience. A variety of health-club chains currently have several Power-Plates as component of their gym devices. One of the most impressive elements of the book is exactly how it uses a brand-new schematics of sex as well as power to brighten our truth, with Tunde's experiences demonstrating just what it's like to find of age as the weak sex. Alternatively, you might ditch the fitness center and sign up with a running club, sign up a routine health and fitness course, or get a workout DVD. Edinburgh, St Albans, Sheffield and Glasgow have the highest numbers of octogenarians health club participants in the UK, while overall 74 year-olds in Leicester are the most frequent health club customers, balancing 14 sees monthly. The three traditional powerlifting exercises are the squat, the bench and also the deadlift press, but also for a non-competitive powerlifting training regimen, you can make use of various other compound raises like the power clean, the high pull and also the snag. A buddy of the Rangers named Perry developeded a push-button control motocross drone which went crazy and became the villanous Motodrone. A few more quits and the primary entry level was reached, the reoccuring of nurses, physicians and also site visitors serving to stop the rising once again of any tension. Three modes of operation are supplied: Power saver, Well balanced as well as High Performance. Rachel Cosgrove, co-owner of Outcomes Physical fitness in Santa Clarita, The golden state, recommends the Russian kettlebell swing, as an exercise the builds eruptive power. But don't surrender on exercise entirely - you'll find it far harder to obtain back in the swing of points if you do. Make exercise part of the fun and also keep on your own ticking over up until it's time to get back to the health club in January. With numerous health clubs combating each other over customers, membership fees are dropping. The 4 rangers combed the desert dirt from their uniforms, as well as all gazed up at their leader, who was still associated with a heated battle with Astronema. Help from your caretaker and also various other person in the home is not need for operating this lift. In bundle stair lifts, trays are made use of instead of seats to transport items from one level to one more.
