made pumpkin soup, the easy way (pre-cut pumpkin, frozen onion, pre-minced garlic, veg stock, stick blender, forgot to add rosemary 😔)
#gotta wait for it to cool enough to eat it but i think the bleeding has stopped now at least!!#i wouldn't buy the pre-cut pumpkin usually cos it's $10 a kilo!! but like homemade soup well it might not be cheaper than the store-bought#but it is butternut!! unlike the store-bought which is like kent or something i guess#obviously homemade would be cheaper if i bought like a whole pumpkin but would i have made the soup if i needed to cut it all up myself? no#i just had two teeth pulled out there's no way i would've cooked if i needed to do all that!!#also put a little red miso paste in there too! hopefully it's not too salty#i don't really taste test stuff when i cook ooops but i cleaned off the spoonula and ladle and that seemed fine so#i'm hungry need a nap not too sore yet though at least#dentist said this time it might hurt and swell a bit what with her having to shave some bone to pull the roots out and everything#diary.txt#editing to add i also put precooked chickpeas in it too#and also it was pretty yum but i'm still hungry :(
