i know jack shit about looney tunes i didn’t have cable and still don’t. why are they looney and what music are they playing

They’re looney because they were created in the 1930’s~ when rubber hose slapstick was super popular and they’re Tunes because it’s not only like toon but because every animated short would have an accompanying orchestra piece to match with movements and actions and story beats, thus making the Looney Tune cartoons
