i’d like to extend my sincerest apologies for daring to make the absolutely terrible cardinal sin of calling eddie diaz a twink in a joke post instead of just calling him a slur 😔 i realize my actions have made such a huge irreversible impact on the community by doing this and i have insulted every single queer person on the earth by making such a grave unforgivable mistake… i never intended to say something so violently offensive and hateful, since i- a 22 year old twink- so clearly don’t know what a real twink is, and obviously decided to so blatantly disrespect the sacred classification of queer body types by daring to refer to eddie diaz as one. i hope you can all find it in your hearts to forgive such a heinous act that warranted an entire ask about it from this unnamed tumblr user who took it upon themselves to singehandedly end my oppressive attack on eddie diaz by daring to calm him a twink, when apparently calling him a slur would have been the more appropriate choice. i am so sorry to everyone this devastating damage has impacted as i apparently made a targeted attack to the entire queer community by mis-identifying someone who is clearly not a twink by daring to call him one 😔😔😔😔

next time i will be sure to refer to him as a faggot since apparently that’s what calling him a twink implies i was doing in the first place because i as a ‘younger person’ apparently don’t know that a twink is a specific body type/aesthetic… and how dare i insult a queer subculture that im literally a part of by making a joke about a fictional character🥺🥺🥺

NEW YORK (AP) — New York Attorney General Letitia James on Monday told hospitals that they would be violating state law if they stop offering gender-affirming care for people under age 19 in response to an executive order from President Donald Trump aimed at curtailing federal funding for such treatments.

In a letter, James, a Democrat, told health care facilities that refusing to provide the treatments would violate New York’s anti-discrimination laws.

“Regardless of the availability of federal funding, we write to further remind you of your obligations to comply with New York State laws,” her letter reads.
