lol ppl from tiktok are not going to join tumblr ❤️
#it made sense with reddit and twitter bc those userbases are older and much more ~terminally online~#but for a lot of ppl on tiktok it's like the first and only (or one of the only) social medias they have#half those kids probably don't even know tumblr exists and the other half are gonna go to instagram or some other new app#twitter and reddit ppl would have wanted an older more established site like tumblr#but i would think tiktok people would go for a shiny new platform again (ive been hearing about smth called red book already)#it wouldn't make a ton of sense for them to switch to a has-been platform that's rly more text-centric than video#twitter and reddit users? yes bc that also describes both of those sites lol#tho imo twitter is also split and we can see that from the number of ppl who moved to bluesky#anyway i don't rly think we're gonna get any tiktok users here. i don't think we made the shortlist lmfao#bri babbles
