Tommy and Ghostbur headcanons?

I miss Ghostbur. So why not ask you for headcanons

REALLY BIG ghostbur hc for me is that his partial amnesia is deliberate. he somehow found a way to Make Himself forget about certain things. Wilbur spent so much time being miserable about things, but ultimately he is a people pleaser, and that translated over to ghostbur. But ghostbur leans more heavily toward the "making sure nobody else feels it" side of things, so he makes himself forget the sad things and spends the majority of his time trying to make everyone else happy. However, there are 3 core memories that no matter how hard he tries, ghostbur Cannot Make Himself forget. His mind won't let him. Those areeee wilburs death, the fact that wilbur used to self harm, and Friend dying during doomsday (the canon argument to this one is 'wait but he forgot abt that right after it happened' but like. At the core of his being c!wilbur soot is an actor.)

All of three memory wipe stuff gets erased in limbo tho :) no point in forgetting things for the sake of making other people happy when there are no other people around, so memories just. slowly come back to him

AS FOR WITH TOMMY. im gonna shamelessly talk about my favorite au now in which ghostbur and Wilbur talk in limbo before he's revived, and ghostbur spends his time looking for a way to crawl his way out of hell (spoiler alert: he does!)

buuttt in that au ghostbur is VERY protective over tommy because! that kid deserves someone who will protect him and validate his feelings without making him worse!!! Please!!! anyway. ghostbur comes out of limbo changed, because he remembers everything now (including exile). so he goes immediately to Tommy and apologizes for leaving him and it's this big emotional scene but then ghostbur promises to protect him from everything forever. Big brother ghost. I care abt him so much <33
