lae'zel (drax) - what is metaphor, people are generally fighty, will rush in and try to beat you to death, she'd never dance but she'd tap her foot, insatiably horny, weird powers from ??? species. might think she can turn invisible by standing still

shadowheart (gamora) - she is clutching the brain cell so hard, 'what'll we do if they're bad' we'll just kill 'em., betrayed by her people so hard after being given a mission to deliver an artifact, loses her parents, god-tier waifu

karlach (mantis) - enters late in the game, SHE HAS SO MUCH JOY TO GIVE!!!, have you ever felt these feelings before?? she has, tired of being pushed around but she's so glad and wants to hug you all, powers through touching, everyone's baby sister

owlbear (groot) - objectively dangerous and an unknown force of terror, chills mostly with astarion/rocket, An Baby, probably still pretty horrifying deep down

minthara (nebula) - ruthless, originally on the evil side but she's very hurt and we'd all like her to begin her healing journey but she won't start without a few decapitations first, cute at the weirdest times, soldier mentality but she was raised into it

wyll (kraglin) - dorky dorky dorky, probably the most likely to act as a voice of reason unfortunately, dad sure raised me into this lifestyle so i am here now.

He enjoys watching them move; watching how much power they wield.

They move as he talks and manipulates their victims into obeying. They hold the quill which scratches across parchment and seals the fates of so many in mere seconds. They hold heavy and delicate tools alike expertly, and move with such precision during experiments. They point in the direction of their enemies, commanding so many of his Faithful to do his bidding for him. They also pack a mean punch when they really need to set somebody into place.

However, they also teasingly hit Kai on the arm as an inside joke is shared as they retire for the evening. They hold their heavy covers up, inviting him into bed. They know exactly how and where to caress him to relax his aching body in seconds.

And even if it may be just as manipulative as what all others experience at the hands of Gortash, Kaidos enjoys it nevertheless.

While pride is too easy, I feel like wrath is also way too easy. So, I'd say Kaidos fits into greed.

He is Daddy's favourite, and he is used to getting everything he wants pretty quickly. Moreover, I feel the price to hire out the scion of Bhaal as an assassin comes with a hefty price tag, especially after Gortash (I feel like he probably has him on payroll for some type of express/top priority assassination thing, so other prospective clients have to make a deal that is paying more than the literal Archduke).
