#okay as much as i love Edmont#i seriously think that while he was a great dad to the two oldest#he wasn't the best to Emmanellain#because i do believe that half the reason why Emmanellain acts the way he does is to get attention from his dad#not for lack of trying-#but i feel like he was so focused on raising Artoriel into his successor and making sure Haurchefant actually felt loved#that the youngest was just set to the back burner#listen there's gotta be a reason why Emmanellain is the way he is at the start
