I think hermitcraft 10 grian would be a pigeon.

Not only does it relate to carrier pigeons in the way that they deliver letters, a pretty office-reminiscent thing if you ask me, but also, I SHIT YOU NOT, a species of fish, the catfish, is known for EATING pigeons which would be a pretty fun ironic twist on how Grian’s obsession with fishing consumed him. Oh yeah the grey-ish colours also fit the permit office setting more than a parrot’s.
