My friend sent me this just after I got done reading one of the ea-nasir posts again and it took me a minute to register that she meant EA as in Electronic Arts and that her sims packs weren't showing up as being downloaded

#the dlc unlocker turns off when the ea app updates #if she'd said sims my brain wouldve made the connection faster but i was sitting here like #who the fuck is ea????? restart what???#what packs????......OH. sims packs.#hopefully that job is really just removing staples from documents cuz my brain truly does not fully come online til at least 1pm #but i didnt wanna work 3-midnight so i requested the 7-3 shift even tho that is waaay to early for me #id rather get that shit out of the way first thing and actually be able to see my mom during the week #cuz if i worked 3-midnight i would never see my mom #i would rather wake up at an ungodly hour #also if i feel like im missing out on stuff its harder to concentrate on work for me #but since im not usually awake til 11-12 most days going to work before that would take away that feeling for me #but if i have to do more than remove staples from things it might not work out lol #trying to do more complex tasks when i worked at my moms old office (hours were 8-3) made me feel like i was walking through pudding #and that was with an energy drink
