Hi, i just watched your edit with the midsommar soundtrack and i would love to know how you came up with the concept. It's really really good. I'm kind of speechless actually, because you managed to make me feel something about a show that mean a lot to me but is also a show that is very flawed. I think you literally made it look so epic and beautiful, and uplifted the meaning behind the story. You did an incredible job, thank you!

Also, do you have any advice on for people editing?

And how do you manage to post a video that's 3mins? I literally tried and every time it says it's too heavy :(

ajcdcfh THANK YOU i'm so happy you liked it! that scene in moriah really bothered me when i watched it, as someone who's really into technical aspects of film/tv and how feelings are achieved and stuff, because of how shitty the music was. like SO bad. that it took away from a moment that was supposed to be like. momentous as hell. plot defining. and i get high and listen to the midsommar soundtrack and had a thought. mostly i was inspired by making this post !

as for editing, i honestly don't know a lot, so sorry about that. i use imovie on a slow ass 2012 macbook. i screen record from netflix for clips and then take dialogue audio by using a youtube to mp3 converter which works well enough for me, but i'm sure other people have more efficient ways lmao

when i download a video from imovie, i select the lowest quality setting or whatever comes up as being less than 100mb! the length doesn't exactly matter, it's just the file size
