Idek when i'm gonna read this story but i'm looking at the fact that the second half is titled Deus ex
#listen i may not know Latin but the idioms were the only reason i didn't fail it in high school#deus ex machina (''God from a machine'') is a trope in storytelling. where the seemingly unsolveable situation in the plot is solved by#a thing or person that is introduced suddenly and without much hinting at before. it was popular in roman and ancient greek plays#it's like. a very artificial solution to the plot#but i can also stand for an unexpected saviour or improbable event that brings order into chaos#combining its meaning to its literal meaning of ''God from a machine'' i'm really curious about the story
