!!!!! family is proof that the most difficult people can go to therapy and be told they're doing great when in fact they're still difficult
#this is about my sister#i was my own brand of stupid at 23 i am not exempt#but i am dying to know what is being affirmed and encouraged vs challenged and worked through with her therapist#bc avoiding conflict through hyperindividualism and shutting down attempts to work through issues CANNOT be it#not saying cross your boundaries but i am saying ask yourself if this is a boundary or just inflexibility#shouting into the void here
