of course i've known all along that the seven against thebes are doomed, but now that i've been getting attached them it's finally starting to dawn on me that oh. very soon i'm gonna read all of their deaths. all that's left for me to find out is how each of them dies and in what order.

i swear if parthenopaeus' death in any way involves his long hair (and it turns out him getting yanked off his feet by it at the footrace was foreshadowing) i'm going to be unwell
