saying a character is a girlboss does not immidietly make you respect and care for that character nor does it add any depth or subverts expectations to her its 2024 expecting people to be shocked when you say "but...Shes not ONLY a damsell in distress to be won! shes also a person" isnt a good thing, like thats less than expected thats less than base

also saying "she wears pants in the relationship" then showing a mutualy healthy respectful relationship where her partner lisens to her and respects her opinion also isnt a good thing, its accualy very very weird
