I don’t necessarily hate that Rook’s background/lineage will be more DAI-influenced than a proper Origins origin….there’s something about having a lot of blanks to fill in that leads to freedom and creativity

#plus it’s the fourth instalment in a franchise. they need to make it as easy as possible for players new to the series #not that this is The Best Way to do things #like I want lineage to have a really significant impact on who Rook is. but that may not happen #but having a tabula rasa you can fling ideas at isn’t a terrible thing!#rook dragon age #dragon age #da veilguard
